The dual condo living areas ensure everyone has a good time. Sit by the cozy temperature-controlled gas fireplace in the upstairs living room while not missing conversations from the kitchen or dining room in the great room setup. There's a full kitchen with coffee maker, espresso press, and everything you need to whip up anything from snacks to a full Thanksgiving dinner. Both Walmart and Whole Foods are less than a mile drive to stock up on food for your stay. Or, if cooking isn't your thing, walk 2 blocks to any of the fine restaurants in downtown Frisco or take a short drive to Dillon, Breckenridge or Silverthorne.

The unit's layout offers incredible flexibility. Upstairs there are two, queen-bed master suites each with their own full, attached bath. Downstairs there are two additional bedrooms that share an additional master; one featuring a large king bed while the 4th bedroom has a captains bunk(twin over double).

In the summer, head 2-blocks in the opposite direction to access the summit county path system with trails to Copper, Breckenridge, Dillon, Vail and the Frisco marina for fishing, kayaking and more. Hiking and outdoor trails are just as close with quick access right out your back door (0.2 miles / <5 min walk) to Rainbow Lake Trailhead. If golfing is your thing, you can tee off from the highest tee box in North America at Copper Creek Golf Course just six miles south (also via the Summit Stage) or at the championship Keystone River Course or Ravens Three Peak Course less than 15 minutes away.

About The Owner

Our family lives nearby in Boulder, Colorado and we love the mountains! I am in technology and my wife takes care of two busy and growing boys. We love Frisco and hope you will as well. If you love the outdoors like we do, we know you will have a great stay and we look forward to being your host.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2017

Why The Owner chose Frisco

This condo is incredible because of its size and location. We love spending time with friends and with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and two family room living areas, there is plenty of room to stretch out and entertain a group. Plus, this property has an ideal location. It is a short 2 block walk to Main St. Frisco to grab a coffee, get dinner or stroll the shops. Hiking & bike trails are right out the back door, and the free summit stage shuttle to Copper or Breck is a short walk as well.

What makes this condo unique

Everyone knows the Colorado mountains are a great place to be in the winter and summer. You can ski nearby at numerous mountains in the winter and bike, hike and fish in the summer. What people don't realize is that the fall and spring are also incredible times to visit. The fall has incredible colors, festivals and events and the spring is a great time to relax or catch a late season snow.

Frisco - Great Main Street

  • 5 of 5

Others have written to praise the Peak One 104 accommodations... so I'll focus on the food and shops of Main Street, which are only a short walk away, or if you just want to keep your car handy you can drive down. Additionally, Summit Street (a very short drive) offers more stores, fast food, WalMart (where we shopped for groceries), a bus station our young adult kids used to get to Breckinridge, etc.

The FREE Summit Stage bus-shuttle comes every 30 minutes and we used it a lot to get to Copper Mountain. We also used the free parking at the mountain and their shuttle... either option is easy.

The restaurants on Main Street were a very nice surprise! The food quality was excellent, but most remarkable was the friendliness of all the wait staff who served us. Most restaurants are very small and quaint. We enjoyed Lost Cajun, Prosit (sausages and beer), Moosejaw Tavern, The breakfast burrito place, Peppino's pizza, and lunch at Bread and Salt.

Rebel Sports is very handy on Main Street if you don't want to drive to the many other Ski and Bike rental spots on Summit Street (including Christies, Pioneer, Breeze).

Very well appointed and great location

  • 5 of 5

Really enjoyed our trip to Frisco and the stay. The condo is well appointed and conveniently located a couple of blocks off Main Street. Would definitely stay again on next year's trip to Vail, Beaver Creek and Breckenridge. Jeff was very helpful as well.

Cozy ski cabin. Great for families or groups!

  • 5 of 5

Awesome cabin for family or group trips with plenty of space to spread out. Owner was exceptionally easy to work with and very responsive. Clean and well kept. Tons of natural light in kitchen and family room and pretty hard wood floors. Huge TVs on main floor and in basement - it was the perfect set up for super bowl. Less than 10 mins to Copper. Will definitely be back!
