Great location for all your outdoor adventures in our area.

Guest can enjoy hiking, fishing, snowmobiling, side by siding, swimming, visiting all of or popular attractions by staying at our centrally located home that features ample space for larger groups as well as small groups. We offer plenty of parking for trailers and vehicles. We are located in a quiet neighborhood with the atv and snowmobile trail right by. Our home is recently renovated to fit all your comforts. Located near our home is Lake Superior, streams and rivers to enjoy, also downtown is only a few miles down the road to enjoy shopping, dining, and entertainment. Our historical location has many rich sites to visit relating to our mining industry as well as many areas to explore for copper, silver, and nickel. Or just enjoy our local spectacle.
We offer our clean 4 bed, 2 bath house with all linens, soaps, washer and dryer, kitchen utensils and cookware to make your stay more comfortable. Coffee is also available to enjoy on the patio.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We had a lot of adventures planned so we weren't at the house much - but it was a nice house, plenty of room, and parking - close to town but far enough out that it was quiet and beautiful.

Overall, the property met the listed features. It is a newer remodel, clean, and stocked well. The listing showed 11 individual beds as the bed icons, plus the photos showed one bedroom with 4 beds set up in it. The actual condition was that no bedroom had more than two beds in it. The property manager promptly worked with us to provide adequate sleeping arrangements for our group. I'd recommend confirming the number of beds that you need if considering renting it.

Great Snowmobiling Location

The property is ideally situated for snowmobiling enthusiasts, located approximately 300 yards from Trail #3 and only a 10-minute sled ride to South Range, where dining and beverage options are available. The owner was highly responsive to any needs that arose during our stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Newly renovated

Very clean home. Newly renovated. Floors a little uneven in stops but nothing major. It would be a great place to stay for snowmobilers or skiers since there is plenty of room upon entering for all your gear. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Great stay.

The property was great for parking. Large entry way to unpack. Space was great for all 10 adults plus spending rainy day with additional 2 adults and 7 kids. (19 total) to hang out for several hours and plays games. Had plenty of room on main floor for everyone to hang out. Slept 10 easily. Upstairs air conditioning was great. Host was very responsive. I would suggest a few more coffee mugs 😃. Again the host was great. We had an awesome time in the area and did a lot of great site seeing within hour drive.

I chose this home because of the location. It’s close to MTU, outdoor attractions, trails and backwood, Lake Superior and other waterways, historical sites, food and entertainment and most of all it is quiet and peaceful.

What makes this property unique

Our property is very spacious and can accommodate larger groups. It is also convenient for smaller groups just visiting the area. It’s newly renovated space offers ample conveniences to rest and relax in comfort.
