Your “Paradise Vista” awaits! This condo has it all – whether you are looking for a romantic getaway or a vacation for the whole family. Come relax in this Summerwind condo with your very own fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, cozy living room, and full size washer and dryer, located on Navarre Beach, Florida’s Panhandle on the beautiful Emerald Coast. Paradise Vista offers free WiFi, sleeps 6, with a king bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin bunkbeds built into an alcove in the hallway and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This condo has one full, and one half bath. From your unobstructed Gulf front balcony, enjoy watching the sunrise while sipping that first cup of coffee. This balcony has a view like no other overlooking the Navarre Beach fishing pier, Santa Rosa Island and the sandy white beaches of the breathtaking Gulf of Mexico. Paradise Vista is located on the 14th floor at the Inn at Summerwind.  Summerwind Resort which offer three outdoor pools, three hot tubs, three fitness centers, a grilling area and a private walkway to our beautiful Emerald Coast beach on the Gulf of Mexico. We will SEA you at the beach! **You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. We also have a 1 to 4 ratio (one adult over 25 for everyone under 25) except during Spring Break. At that time, we require 1 adult over 25 for every 2 guests under that age.**

The unit was clean and comfortable. Very accommodating and had just about everything you would need. The children LOVED the built in bunks and was the perfect sleeping space for them.

Check in was great. The condo was ready early do that was great. Property was clean. The problem we had was the TV situation. The living room TV was stream only and we are not streamers, so getting something to watch was a struggle. We like to watch local news and weather and could not do that. The TV in the bedroom was Direct TV and that is fine but the TV would not stay on for more than 3 minutes at a time so watching anything was a huge thing. I reached out to the management and owner and they said they would send someone and they never did. I felt the rental price was too high for not having access to that. I don’t normally complain but it’s 2026 and things should work and communication should by way better. I honestly would not recommend this unit to any of my friends.

Like many properties today, the living room TV uses streaming services rather than traditional cable, so guests can access the apps and services they prefer using their own accounts. We understand, however, that this may not be ideal for guests who prefer traditional live television, local news, and weather. The bedroom TV repeatedly shutting off is a separate issue and certainly should have been addressed. We also apologize that, after you reported it, the follow-up did not happen as expected. That is not the level of communication or service we want to provide. We appreciate you bringing both concerns to our attention so they can be reviewed and addressed. Best Beach Getaways – Team BBG

I would stay here again!!! So close to all attractions we wanted to visit. Good communication with the host. Only things I would change would be a stronger internet connection and replacing the two chairs in living room. They were too low to the ground. Consider putting in recliners. I would give this a 9 out of 10!!!!!

One of the best spots on the beach. Breathtaking view. Great condo.., could use newer more senior friendly seating in living rm. better water pressure and spraying for roaches. Will be back!!

Property needs new mattress and balcony chairs. One chair was broken. Kitchen was nice as well as the eating area. One towel rack fell when we tried to hand a hand towel for washing hands. Loved the view!

Amazing view of the beautiful gulf coast from 18th floor balcony. 2 of us stayed for 3 nights. 1 bedroom with bunk beds in hallway. Bathrooms are separated by laundry room. Fully stocked kitchen. Furniture need to be updated in living room. For comfort purposes. Rocker was not easy to get out of and had no comfort. Bring your spices, oils, extra toliet paper/paper towels, beach towels. 2 nice beach chairs available in hallway closet. Lounge chairs and umbrella available for rent. Outside grounds were nice except no shade by pools. Plus so many kids taking up hot tubs.BBQ was not well kept up. Liked the security on property. Make sure to wear your wristband as they will check you. The walkway to the beach was wonderful. The pier was fun to walk down. Only 2 restaurants both within walking distance. Definitely take the short drive to Gulf shores national seashore and to Pensacola beach. Great communication with host! DID I MENTION THE AMAZING VIEW

It’s great the kitchen was well stocked, the beach walkway and pier were enjoyable, and the nearby spots and short drives to Gulf Shores National Seashore and Pensacola Beach worked well for you. We appreciate the feedback about the living room furniture and the uncomfortable rocker — we’ll share this with the owner and maintenance to evaluate replacements or repairs. Thank you also for the note about bringing spices, oils, extra paper products, and beach towels; we’ll review our inventory and consider adding more basics and beach towels. My only complaint was the furniture. the outside was falling apart and uncomfortable. The inside chairs for like would break if anyone else sat in them. That being said this place was great and i'll be back even with the furniture.

Great condo

The condo and location were great! The only issue we had was the beach. Beach was beautiful but the access wasn’t so great. If we had known to reserve chairs in advance would have been nice. To access the water we would literally have to squeeze by chairs! I personally want to sit beach front!!!

Our 7 night stay late July to early August

We recently enjoyed our stay at the condo and had a generally pleasant experience. The location was convenient and the amenities were as advertised, providing a comfortable and enjoyable environment. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The comforter and blankets were too thin to sleep comfortably. Additionally, the pillows were grossly stained and in need of replacement. Addressing these minor issues would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. Despite these concerns, we had a good time and would consider staying again if these improvements were made.

What a beautiful condo right on the beach! The owner has thought of everything you need including beach chairs and umbrellas! Quiet, clean, and truly a home away from home. Great way to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary! We will be back!
