Your “Paradise Vista” awaits! This condo has it all – whether you are looking for a romantic getaway or a vacation for the whole family. Come relax in this Summerwind condo with your very own fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, cozy living room, and full size washer and dryer, located on Navarre Beach, Florida’s Panhandle on the beautiful Emerald Coast. Paradise Vista offers free WiFi, sleeps 6, with a king bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin bunkbeds built into an alcove in the hallway and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This condo has one full, and one half bath. From your unobstructed Gulf front balcony, enjoy watching the sunrise while sipping that first cup of coffee. This balcony has a view like no other overlooking the Navarre Beach fishing pier, Santa Rosa Island and the sandy white beaches of the breathtaking Gulf of Mexico. Paradise Vista is located on the 14th floor at the Inn at Summerwind.  Summerwind Resort which offer three outdoor pools, three hot tubs, three fitness centers, a grilling area and a private walkway to our beautiful Emerald Coast beach on the Gulf of Mexico. We will SEA you at the beach! **You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. We also have a 1 to 4 ratio (one adult over 25 for everyone under 25) except during Spring Break. At that time, we require 1 adult over 25 for every 2 guests under that age.**

I would stay here again!!! So close to all attractions we wanted to visit. Good communication with the host. Only things I would change would be a stronger internet connection and replacing the two chairs in living room. They were too low to the ground. Consider putting in recliners. I would give this a 9 out of 10!!!!!

We had the BEST week!! Thank you so much for making it comfortable and easy. I only have one recommendation: I think you need a better mattress. It was really hard for two seniors to sleep on. Otherwise, it was absolutely wonderful!! Thank you so much!!!

Location, location, location!

One of the best spots on the beach. Breathtaking view. Great condo.., could use newer more senior friendly seating in living rm. better water pressure and spraying for roaches. Will be back!!

Property needs new mattress and balcony chairs. One chair was broken. Kitchen was nice as well as the eating area. One towel rack fell when we tried to hand a hand towel for washing hands. Loved the view!

My only complaint was the furniture. the outside was falling apart and uncomfortable. The inside chairs for like would break if anyone else sat in them. That being said this place was great and i'll be back even with the furniture.

Great condo

The condo and location were great! The only issue we had was the beach. Beach was beautiful but the access wasn’t so great. If we had known to reserve chairs in advance would have been nice. To access the water we would literally have to squeeze by chairs! I personally want to sit beach front!!!

Our 7 night stay late July to early August

We recently enjoyed our stay at the condo and had a generally pleasant experience. The location was convenient and the amenities were as advertised, providing a comfortable and enjoyable environment. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The comforter and blankets were too thin to sleep comfortably. Additionally, the pillows were grossly stained and in need of replacement. Addressing these minor issues would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. Despite these concerns, we had a good time and would consider staying again if these improvements were made.
