Thank you for your feedback — we appreciate you staying at Southern Breeze 4. I’m sorry the unit was dusty, the air filter hadn’t been changed, and the starter supplies were insufficient. That is not the standard we expect. We will escalate this to our housekeeping and maintenance teams to schedule a deep clean, replace the air filter, and review our starter-kit inventory to ensure future guests have adequate soap, trash bags, paper towels, and laundry detergent. The cleaner arriving without proper supplies was unacceptable — we’ll address this with our cleaning team and reinforce expectations. We’ll also add extra blankets and linens for the pullout couch and prioritize repairing the lifted floor; please send photos via Vrbo messages so we can fast-track the repair and document the issue. I’m very sorry to hear about your son’s foot — please include any photos or details in Vrbo messages so we can address the hazard immediately. We’ll investigate the wifi outage with our provider and equipment and get it resolved. I’m glad the beach access and beach were great — thank you for noting that. Thank you for letting us know.
