Lovely 2 bedroom Carolina Beach Vacation Rental with a deck overlooking the full size swimming pool. The building is oceanfront and this Condo is on the second floor, oceanview (not a direct oceanfront condo). Even though it's located on the side of the building, you still have wonderful views of the ocean from your balcony. Amenities include, 2 cable TVs (basic cable), a DVD player, a well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and Wifi. Sandpebbles 6B is reasonably priced and centrally located on the Island, just across the street from the Carolina Beach Lake and only 11 short blocks South of the Boardwalk! Two swimming pools are available for your enjoyment from Mid May - Mid September (dates are determined by the HOA). Golf carts are not allowed on the premises.

**The HOA does allow for two guest parking passes, per guest visit. However, the Sand Pebbles HOA does not have assigned parking and cannot guarantee a parking space for any vehicle. The HOA recommends that guests only bring one vehicle during peak season. Sand Pebbles has 91 parking spaces and 72 units.

Condo was very outdated on the inside. Also was not very clean although the owners were very prompt with sending the cleaners back. The heavy glass shower door fell off at one point and they sent someone over immediately to fix it and clean the dishwasher as it was filthy. There were several nails sticking up on the stairs and deck by the pool. The ocean view was nice and the pools were decent. Beds were clean and comfortable. Wouldn’t stay again though as property was too outdated

I am so sorry for the inconvenience and I am glad we were able to remedy the issues. We have a variety of rentals and some are more updated than others. We hope you'll come back and stay in a different unit next year!

A fun time

Location was nice. We were able to walk to the boardwalk, and the pizza place across the road. The location of one of the pools was right by our patio which was very convenient because I have teenagers... We could see them and even talk to them from our patio which was nice. The walk to the beach was easy. The view was beautiful! However, the condo was very outdated. The kitchen looked like it was straight from the 80's. The coffee maker had mold in it. So we had to go buy one while we were there so we could make coffee. The glass door to the patio was not clean. Hand prints all over, apparently it was missed when cleaned. The bug traps were all over the place. Honestly it was the first thing we noticed when we walked in the door. There were 5-6 different ones visible just in the kitchen area alone... which is kind of gross. Looking past those things, it was fine. We do plan to go back next summer. Hoping some of these things will be better!

I am so sorry the cleaning wasn't satisfactory. We are always willing to send the cleaner back immediately. Some of the rentals are less updated than others and we always provide pictures on line so you can see before you book. The traps were for ants after the storm we had and the cleaner was supposed to remove them but didn't. We appreciate your input and will share with the homeowner! Thank you so mcuh!
