Phoenix VII 1410 is a 1,064 sq ft condo on the 14th floor in Orange Beach. Located on the beach, this 2bed/2bath condo will sleep 8 guests and offers gorgeous views of the sandy white beaches and Perdido Pass.

PARKING PASS(ES): Maximum of 2 parking passes available for this unit. One pass is included with your reservation and the second parking pass fee is collected by Phoenix VII ($55 for stays 10 days or less). If you will be needing a second pass for your stay, please let us know prior to arrival.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: 25 years old

As you enter the condo, the guest bedroom is off of the entry to your left. This bedroom is comfortably furnished with two full size beds, TV and features a full en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Continuing into the condo, the open floor plan provides plenty of room for relaxing indoors or spending time together preparing meals in the full-size kitchen, stocked with the basic cooking essentials. Off of the living room is the main bedroom furnished with a king-size bed, TV and also has direct access onto the balcony. The main bedroom has a full en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. For convenience during your stay, there is a washer and dryer in the condo.

While visiting Phoenix VII, you will have access to the indoor and outdoor pools, racquet ball, tennis and pickleball courts, sauna, gym, common areas with books and boardgames as well as a coffee bar. There is also a common grilling area with outdoor seating. Everything needed to enjoy a fun and relaxing stay!

A BONUS for this condo is that you'll have a reserved and covered parking space.

Phoenix VII is conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants, marinas and family fun in Orange Beach! Only a 5-minute drive to the famous Flora-Bama, 10 minutes to The Wharf, 10 minutes to The Hangout in Gulf Shores and only 20 minutes to Tanger Outlets in Foley.

Our host was fantastic to work with. Response time was instant and was receptive to our needs. The condo is in a fabulous location and my favorite part was spending time on the balcony overlooking the beach!

This was our first VRBO rental. Communication with Heather was great. She responded very quickly to all communications and was extremely helpful. The condo was beautifully laid out with a nice sized balcony with a wonderful view of the beach. The rental was very clean and all the appliances that we used were in good working order. I liked the curtains in the living room covering the sliding glass door and windows. We had a small problem with the master bathroom tub not draining well but that was very quickly taken care of. I gave Heather a 5 star rating which was well deserved.

Overall the stay was good. The host was very responsive, cleanliness was as expected. The beds were quite high so I wish I would’ve brought a stool for the little ones. The outdoor pool was closed for repairs the majority of our stay, but we were able to use the pool next door. The view was amazing.

I received more and better communication from this host than almost any other over the years we've used VRBO. They were very responsive both on a phone call and with follow up texts and emails. There were no problems checking in, and we got right into the unit. We also really enjoyed having the covered parking. We're very familiar with Phoenix' 6&7 properties, having stayed in one of those buildings at least 10 times. They do a pretty good job maintaining the facilities, and the staff were very friendly and visible.Couple negatives: Not that big of a deal, but it was disappointing that check-in was 4pm rather than the 3pm to which we've been accustomed with other properties. Also, we lost wifi Internet one morning. The host was very responsive and opened a trouble ticket with the ISP. The problem was fixed about 6 hours after it was reported. There was nothing the host could have done to prevent the problem, and they were very good at getting it resolved.On a per-night basis, this was the most money we've spent in 10 years at the Phoenix 6 & 7. Perhaps it was due to it being a slightly different time than we typically come.There is SO much to do in the OBA/Gulf Shores/Pensacola area. I recommend renting a boat and trolling the bays. It's a great way to see the area from a different perspective. Also, be sure to get over to Gulf State Park and ride your bike or walk the paved trails. There are numerous places to access it, and you won't be sorry.

The condo was very clean and in good shape. The interior had been updated recently with new painting. Check-in was quick and easy and Heather did a great job of making sure we had all the info we needed ahead of time. The beach was beautiful and the beach access was family friendly. The indoor heated pool was also a nice bonus! We had a fantastic stay and will be back.

Love Phoenix 7 and the condo we stayed in and the parking in the parking garage. Beautiful beach, just wish we would have had better weather.

Great place

This condo was great for our family of 4. Great communication and was even able to check in a little early. The dryer was a little squeaky when on which made it difficult to sleep/talk. The view was great. Amenities were great. Walking distance to rest and ice cream. The covered parking was also very nice. Would stay here again.

Nice unit, comfortable, good property

Comfortable beds, nice decor, good location. Very nice and huge pool. Building staff are exceptionally friendly. Needs a few basic items like oven mitts, a dust pan and broom, and the dryer is needing some work. We let the company know, so hopefully those will be taken care of.
