OWNER MANAGED, NEWLY RENOVATED/ REDECORATED condo. Our corner unit will spoil you since it gives you twice the view and more balcony space and privacy than inline units. In fact, you will not be satisfied with an inline unit after enjoying a corner unit. Have you ever found a "great vacation deal" and got there and was disappointed in your accommodations? The beds were uncomfortable, kitchen sparsely equipped, cleanliness questionable, an overall run down look? That will not happen with us! Reviews matter! We work very hard to provide a well maintained, updated, clean condo for our guests. Not only that, 'stunning' is the word to describe your view from inside and on the large wraparound balcony.The minute you walk into the main living room/kitchen area of this corner unit you will understand why we call it '7th Heaven'. It is simply breathtaking! Whether you are sitting on the couch or cooking in the kitchen, the beach is all in front and around you. Our view is truly a $1,000,000 view! This unit allows unobstructed views of Perdido Pass to the east and the ocean and shoreline views to the west. Not only is our beach view spectacular, but our condo is just great! Why chance renting a beachfront condo that is rundown and outdated? Since we acquired the condo 5 years ago we have made improvements and upgrades throughout. We replaced carpeting with cool driftwood looking tile, installed granite kitchen and bathroom countertops, bought new stainless steel kitchen appliances, new full size washer and dryer, bought new furniture, luxury mattresses, tiled the master shower, replaced light fixtures, and redecorated throughout. We get many positive comments on our unique, tasteful beachy décor. In addition, it has a new air conditioner. We have gone to great lengths to provide every convenience for our guests. You will notice our attention to details in many of the "little" things.

The kitchen is very well equipped and the dining room is comfortable for family meals. If you want to cook your meals while you are there we have all the essentials and the extras - crockpot, muffin tins, cake plates, dip/chip trays, bar-b-q tools, etc. The adjoining living room area has a large flat screen tv and a queen size sofa sleeper with a new memory foam mattress. The master bedroom has a king size bed, private bathroom, flat screen tv, and large walk in closet. In addition, it has a balcony overlooking Cotton Bayou. The newly tiled master bath is beautiful! We enjoy the quiet and privacy this layout offers by locating the master bedroom in the rear of the unit. The middle bedroom has two queen beds, closet and flat screen tv. The third bedroom has twin beds, closet, and flat screen tv. All bedrooms have an ocean/bay view. There are 3 DVD players in our unit and internet service. The front bathroom is conveniently located by the laundry area. We recently hired a housekeeping service that inspects the cleaning job before guests arrive. Cleanliness is a priority to us and this provides extra assurance to our guests that the condo has been well cleaned in preparation for your stay. We also have our own local handyman that keeps everything well maintained. We prefer that you contact us before requesting booking. We like to know about you and your group before we agree to rent.

We only have 1 week to rent for 4th of July week. This is a spectacular treat at our "7th Heaven". We are 3 condos down from the location where fireworks are set off. You will enjoy the proximity to the fireworks show as well as the additional space our corner balcony provides.

Phoenix 7 is located in central Orange Beach within walking distance of the bridge, shopping, and many restaurants. Grocery stores are a short 2 minute drive. If you want to go on a charter fishing trip or rent jet skis, paddle boards, etc. walk across the street to Zeke's Landing. The Phoenix 7 offers a low density beach, which means even in the most popular times of the year, there is more beach area per person than most other complexes. This end of the beach was widened 2 years ago and has the largest beach in the Orange Beach area. The Phoenix 7 complex has many amenities including indoor pool, hot tubs, outdoor pool with grills and eating areas on site, tennis, racquetball, workout facilities, sauna, and basketball court. If you haven't stayed in the Orange Beach area, you are in for a treat! Orange Beach has the atmosphere of a quaint little beach town but all the shopping conveniences we all like. Orange Beach is on that 100 mile stretch of white sand beaches that are considered one of the top 10 most beautiful beaches in the world. After reading our reviews, you will know that we go the extra mile to insure our guests comfort and convenience. We are confident that your vacation will be 'heavenly' in our clean, comfortable condo. Come on down but don't forget your binoculars!

My husband and I live in Birmingham Al. We rented a small place for a month at Orange Beach in 2012 and fell in love with the vicinity. There are many activities in the area, including great golf which pleases my husband. After looking at many condos, we knew that''Seventh Heaven' at the Phoenix VII was exactly what we were looking for. The views offered on the corner are absolutely stunning. It was by far the greatest feature of this unit. We love the fact that we are close enough to take daily walks across the bridge. In addition, the large beach on this end of Orange Beach is very nice and well maintained. Everything we really need is in close proximity to the Phoenix VII. The condo offers plenty of space for family gatherings. The master bedroom located in the back of the condo provides more privacy when several are staying together. Also, we enjoy the use of the pools, sauna, fitness room, etc. in the facility all year long.

As lifelong residents in Alabama we grew up going to the white sands of the gulf and have always loved it. Time spent here led to precious family memories. We especially enjoy the quaint atmosphere of the Orange Beach area. It is beach living at it's best! We hope our guests enjoy our condo as well as the many amenities and activities offered at the Phoenix VII and the Orange Beach area. Phoenix 7 is very well maintained and offers many amenities. It is a family oriented facility located in Central Orange Beach.

What makes this condo unique

The breathtaking view, wrap around balcony and even the balcony off the master bedroom captured us from the moment we viewed the condo. It still takes our breath away when we walk into the main room. The comfort and laid back atmosphere of our condo is unpretentious yet relaxing. Whether you are in the mood to cook or go out and eat, both are easy in the central Orange Beach area. There are many activities to enjoy within the facility and nearby. We spend time there as a family and have gone the extra mile to provide every comfort of home for us as well as our guests. Most of our guests are impressed with the attention to detail that we have taken to provide every comfort and convenience of home.

This condo is absolutely beautiful! The view is just overwhelming! LOVED our stay!

We normally stay in Destin, FL but this year our daughters softball team played a tournament in Foley, Al. I was blown away at how beautiful the condo was and the view was just spectacular. We saw dolphins and loved watching the boats coming in and out. The location is GREAT! The Phoenix 7 staff are great and very friendly! We will definitely be staying here again. 7th Heaven is my new favorite place to stay!! The owners Stephanie and Allen Frew are AWESOME! Can't wait to go back and enjoy!

We just returned from family vacation at 7th Heaven. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a gorgeous condo that has everything you need or want for a wonderful vacation. We sat on the balcony every morning and watched dolphins swim by and charter fishing boats headed out for the day. In the evening we sat on the balcony and watched the sunset . We had 3 grandchildren and they loved everything about the condo,beach and pools. The chalkboard was a fun addition they wrote on it everyday, they wrote what they liked best that day or wrote something nice about each other. I could go on about all the extras this property has but I think you should see it for yourself. Truly is fantastic.

Great condo, spectacular views!

The condo had all we needed and more. We had 8 in our group, and the condo had plenty of space for everyone to sleep, lounge, and eat. I was impressed with the attention to detail "7th Heaven" had. It was exquisite!

We love it at 7th Heaven.

We have stayed 4-5 times at 7th Heaven, and we really enjoy our time there. The photos show what it is like. It is clean, well maintained and the building is also in excellent shape, with indoor pool and hot tubs, outdoor pool, tennis courts, and even pickleball courts lined off on one of the tennis courts. We like this area better than Gulf Shores. It is easy to get to Pensacola and Joe Patti's. The Floribama is just down the road, and there are plenty of restaurants to try out. We like the Sunset Grill, the seafood chowder is great. We are there in the winter so it is not as crowded at that time. The owners will do their best to see that you have a great experience, and if necessary, are just a phone call away. They have a handyman in the area if a problem arises. The balcony is the best, with great views east and west of the gulf. Even the little balcony off the master bedroom is enjoyable to sit out on with another great view. Also, the shower in the master was redone and it is nice.

We would highly recommend this condo. Great views, kitchen has about everything you might need, and what we think is a good location.

Perfect location!

This is the perfect location in Orange Beach. Near all the best restaurants and right near the Perdido pass bridge. It’s clean and updated. Can’t find a better spot for the price!

On the beach! Diagonal behind us is Zeke's Landing where you can set up charter fishing, parasail, dolphin cruise, paddle board rental, etc. We are within walking distance of the Gulf restaurant, and many others, including San Roc Cay shopping center, marina, more waterfront restaurants, and Perdido Bridge/ Perdido Pass. Central Orange Beach location is the best of Orange Beach!
