It was a nice place to stay about a block from the beach. Though the listing said they had Internet there was no WiFi available our entire stay and without WiFi the tvs don’t work either. It was difficult to keep my pre teen happy with no Internet and I had to go sit in McDonald’s parking lot to get some things done for work that I needed to do which was a major inconvenience

We sincerely apologize for the internet outage during your stay and understand how frustrating that was, especially when you were relying on it for work and entertainment. As soon as you notified us of the issue, we sent a team member to the property to troubleshoot. Unfortunately, it was determined that the issue required the internet service provider to rewire the connection. We worked to have the problem resolved as quickly as possible, but the service appointment was not available until after your departure. We understand the inconvenience this caused and regret that it impacted your vacation. Please know we did everything we could to address the issue during your stay, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
