And if you’re looking for a place that’s as majestic as the local scenery, you’ll want to stay at Maravilla 3401. This is a beautiful top floor condo in a very popular beach resort that boasts a multitude of amenities. The Maravilla community has something for everyone to enjoy…..from tennis and grilling areas to a workout room. For your convenience, you’ll also find a deeded beach access and a private gate to the beach. Plus you can take advantage of their two swimming pools and outdoor hot tubs when you’re not enjoying the beach!

And if you’re into Beach chic, Maravilla 3401 is the perfect fit! It’s an exciting mix of casual yet chic décor that is both comfortable and appealing but never pretentious. You will enjoy stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony…. perfect for both your morning coffee and watching the gorgeous color changes at sunset.

Maravilla 3401 has 2 well-appointed bedrooms and will accommodate up to 6 of your favorite people. An open floor plan makes gathering with family or friends easy and enjoyable. The kitchen is well stocked and has all the tools any great beach chef would need. As an added bonus, Maravilla 3401 is pet friendly for one dog up to 20 pounds, with a one time non-refundable pet fee added at booking. Please speak to one of our vacation specialists for more details.

Per HOA Rules: No trailers, campers or RV's allowed. No Golf Carts! No 2 or 3 wheel scooters, mo-peds, skateboards.

This condo is pet friendly for 1 dog no bigger than 20lbs. You must pay a pet fee (please inquire about cost before booking) and provide up to date shot records.

We do require a minimum stay during the year and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Perfect vacation and location

I stayed here with my tiny dog and two teen girls and we had the best time. The communication with the property managers at Newman was hands down the best I’ve ever had. They respond to texts quickly and check on you often. I’ve been going to the Destin area for 17 years and the last 5 we’ve stayed at Maravilla. The property was in great shape, everything as described online. Highly recommend!

Dirty beach condo

Location of the condo is good but that was about it for this condo ...decor is not appealing at all ,kind of a cross between an indian /asian/beach ..floors were dirty the popcorn ceiling was chipping in ome of the bathrooms ..ceiling vents were loose from the ceiling ,appiances were old and dated some with most of the decor ..bed in the master was like sleeping on a concrete slab ..we have stayed at 2 other condos in the maravilla division but would never rent this one ..especially with the rate that was being charges for a dirty outdated condo !

not clean at all

Coni was dirty. The master bathroom was nasty. There was hair all over, the tub wouldn’t drain at all. The cleaners got an attitude with us when they came to clean and that’s never good with me. We called about the toilet stopped up and never got anyone to respond. Overall the periphery was nice but our experience was not good. We will not be staying there again and will recommend that no one else dose

A good stay, but not what we hoped for

We have stayed before at the same property and in a better located unit. This time we were on the top floor and had no view of the beach. The condo was only partially updated. The property was pet friendly and clean and we did have a last minute reservation, so we took what we could get.

It's ok

It's an ok place. Location is good. Access to beach is good. The unit is a simple place with ceramic tile everywhere, a well equipped kitchen and older, but adequate, furniture, . It's a pretty dark place. The listing says two pools, but we only saw one. There is no directions to anything in the welcome package. You have to hunt for the pools, the garage dumpster, and the best route to the pool.

Great Place Great Stay

We loved staying here! Wonderful location. The pictures don’t do it justice. We couldn’t get Internet in the second bedroom which was difficult as my husband had to work the month we were there. But the Internet worked everywhere else in the house. The property itself is kept very clean and all the people staying there were friendly. We would definitely come back to this unit. We liked that it was on the end and on the top floor as we didn’t have neighbors above us or to the side of us. We absolutely loved the beach furniture on the deck. Sometimes when it was cold I would bring the deck chair into the master and just watch the ocean from there. We also really appreciated having two bathrooms. Its a nice place and was a great getaway for us!

we love Newman daily and always stay with this resort and always have a phenomenal time! the beach staff is always spectacular and so is guest services! we normally stay in May and decided Sept this year, however wernt impressed as to how many attractions were closed and not operating along with the gift cards that Newman dailey provides not being valid due to out of season, that should be advertised, so guests are aware!!! other than a few hiccups with activites we had an awesome stay as always, love this company!!!! thank you!!

There were oy couple negative issues with the condo. Mattresses on beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The pull out sofa mattress was definitely like sleeping right on the springs. Floors were not clean, especially under the couches/beds. We had a child so was constantly fishing toys out from under them so hard not to notice it. We had a problem with coffeemaker buy they quickly replaced it. Did love the layout of the condo and was happy with kitchen except that dishwasher did not clean dishes good. Would definitely stay again but would prolly bring mattress toppers if mattresses have not been replaced.

We had a great time and loved staying in this condo. Very spacious and loved sitting out on the very large balcony. Beds and living room furniture are very comfortable! Bathrooms are very nice sizes. Location to the beach is a very short walk and beach service was perfect! Great place to stay!

Nice place close to the beach

I unfortunately was there on business so only had some evenings free for dinner. My daughter and her friend did go to the beach and they enjoyed it. The condo was well maintained and the amenities were very good. The resort had two pools, basketball, tennis and all was just a few hundred feet away. My chocolate lab settled in quickly and we all felt at home.

Good time.

We had a great time. Maravilla resort is perfect for families and directly across the road from the beach with ocean view. We did have a couple of maintenance issues. The ceiling fan and light on the balcony was repaired as soon as we called. Unit is well stocked with all utensils and extra blankets and pillows. Bedrooms are roomy. The unit does need a good deep cleaning but suited our needs sufficiently with a beautiful view, clean comfy furniture and perfect location.
