Fabulous house! We had a great time. Thank you for thinking of us and providing everything we could need. We tried to take advantage of as much as we could of your beautiful area. Hiking, whitewater rafting, scenic drive to Cherokee, NC. Ate at Trail Head Restaurant twice, great food nice people.
Hopefully we will be visiting again and will try to come in a different season to enjoy another fantastic view.
Thanks again for sharing your beautiful cabin on your beautiful mountain.

Such a beautiful and restful place. The view was impeccable, the amenities were perfect. I would've given it 5 stars but the fireplace in the loft and porch wouldn't work or at least we could'nt get them to lol! We used the one in the living area for ambiance mainly because the weather wasn't too cold so it really wasn't a big deal. We played games and just enjoyed each other's company. Fun memories made. Would definitely love to stay here again. The beds were sooo comfy and props to the decorators. Well done!
We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin. We loved the open floor plan and all the windows opening up to an excellent view of the Smoky Mountains. We also loved the privacy of feeling we were the only ones around yet having the security of gated access and others down the way. We were here for a long weekend and enjoyed the peace and quiet of Townsend. We rode bikes on the Townsend trail one day and the next day we hiked part of the Applachian trail. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked one evening. We enjoyed eating one evening at Elvira's in Wears Valley and it was so good that we also ate breakfast there when we headed out. We enjoyed talking to Elvira. We also enjoyed getting to know some of the townfolk including Gene Webb the award winning wood carver and a lady at Old but Not Forgotten where we rented bikes. We always love coming to the mountains and we are already ready to go back. When we do, we will definitely try to rent this cabin. The Cotters
My husband and I had an awesome time of peace, quiet and solitude during our stay at Valley View Hideaway - exactly what we needed as a remedy for some ongoing weeks of mounting stress! There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs and a loft with sofabed, pool table and separate bath upstairs. Although there are walls of windows, we spent most of our time on the porches. The cabin was immaculate, the views spectacular and did I mention how peaceful! You will not be disappointed in a stay at this mountain retreat!
Property is well maintained and very open with tall ceilings and large windows. It is a great place to relax after a day of hiking in the Smokey Mountains. Appliances are like new and in good working order. Kitchen is large with great views of the mountains and valley below. The master bedroom and bath were inviting and roomy. The second bedroom downstairs was quite comfortable. The large pool table and lounging area on the second floor provided more gaming space and a third large bath! It was too warm for us to use any of the three large fireplaces but we will look forward to next time in cooler weather. Large decks and screened in porch allowed us to observe the woods and look into the night sky. My daughter and I enjoyed hiking the many waterfalls in the Smokey Mountains while my wife enjoyed the shopping in Sevierville and Gatlinburg. The cabin is a great location for about anything you would want to do on vacation. Horseback riding, bicycling, or hiking are all nearby at Cades Cove. We saw deer and wild turkeys at the cabin and bears at Abrams Falls and Laurel Springs. The views from the Chimney Rocks and Clingmans Dome were breathtaking and unforgettable. The Dancing Bear in nearby Townsend provided a most enjoyable dining experience. This was one of our best vacation experiences!
We had a great stay. The home is in excellent condition, well-maintained, and well-stocked for a comfortable stay. It is very secluded and quiet. The owner and the management company or both very helpful and responsive. The property is a very good value for the money and we would definitely do it again. Very pleased.
Our time here was great!! The cabin was beautiful, just like the pictures. Definitely plan on coming back. Have told both my sisters if they go to Tennessee to rent this cabin. Also, the view from the cabin was amazing!
