Ce 3 chambres, 2 salle de bain a chambre pour dormir 6-8 personnes. Réfrigérateur à vin, kegerator, canapé en cuir, 60 'plasma, écrans plats dans chaque chambre, télévision par câble, Internet sans fil gratuit, en laveuse / sécheuse, accès à la piscine, et de nouveaux matelas en mousse à mémoire de la reine de la marque dans chaque chambre. Great Location

What a great location! Close to 6th St, the River Walk, and the Capitol. Many museums and activities within walking distance. Andrea was very easy to work with and it was nice to have off-street secure parking.

Functionally has beds

The location of this unit is close walking distance to everything! The 3 bedrooms provided comfortable sleeping accommodations. The kitchen and living room are tiny, barely seating 3 on the couch. We had trouble streaming on the WiFi (it may be shared with other units?). The kitchen is very dark and drab, offering enough glasses, plates and utensils for 3 or 4 guests. The parking instructions were out of date and they didn’t leave directions to the pool, we had to be sluethy about finding it. But it did the job of providing us somewhere to stay.

Great Location

Loved the location of this condo. Perfect for our mother/daughter weekend to ACL Fest! We could walk to the shuttle bus and to 6th Street and many downtown restaurants. Starbucks across the street. Also, Wonderlust yoga and Cafe just one block away. Great food and terrific yoga class. The property could use some updating but it was comfortable.

Horrible, frat house apartment

The property was not habitable. Cabinet doors missing, looked like they had been ripped off. You would not want to sit on the furniture, sofa was ripped, bar stools were filthy. Very disappointing place. We did not stay. Had to find other accommodations for our family trip. We wanted a nice place in a decent area that had living space we could all enjoy together, however, it was so small, we would not have been able to stand together. Tried to contact property manager, with no response except a few emails offering to have a cleaning crew come back out. My only advice is to look elsewhere!

Great Location and Space

We stayed for four days. The location allowed us to walk to the majority of the sites in Austin that we wanted to see. There was a large number of bars and restaurants close by. Since it was in a central location, when taking Uber it was very reasonable. Ryan responded very quickly and made the process very easy. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was very nice. Great location and great parking. Loved the fountains in the courtyard. The beds were awesome! The manager was extremely accommodating!
