• Key pickup required: This unit does not have keyless check-in. Please arrange your key pickup with the local Grand Welcome team at least 24 hours prior to arrival.

• Parking: 24-hour valet parking is available for $40 per night. Parking is managed by the building. No additional parking is guaranteed beyond what’s described here.

• EV charging: Onsite charging stations are available; building-managed fees apply.

• Shared amenities: Rooftop pool, outdoor pool, gym, and game room are communal and managed by the building; availability and hours may vary.

• Security cameras: Cameras are located in the lobby and on the club level and monitor common areas only.

• Elevator: There is an elevator in the building, operated and maintained by building management. If it’s unavailable due to maintenance or outage, stairs will be required.

• Walkability: The location is very walkable and ride-shares are easy to access from this spot.

• Washer/dryer: In-home washer and dryer for your convenience.

• Stroller: A stroller is available for guest use.

• Pet policy: No pets are allowed at this property.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
