Loved our stay

Spent a few days in Breckenridge with my sisters and this place was perfect for our needs. It was right in town and so close to the shops and restaurants, yet it was quiet and very close to the ski slopes too. Everything was within walking distance and contained everything we needed to make for a perfect trip. The furnishings were comfortable and the décor had a nice mountain feel to it. We'd definitely stay here again!

Cozy condo in a superb location!

Cozy condo that is thoughtfully designed. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with what you need to cook meals. You can walk to the ski lift in about 6 minutes. Would recommend!

Nice little place

Served our needs perfectly. Well laid out. Rooms are small, but cozy (but who goes Breck to spend all their time in a bedroom anyway?). Walking distance to just about everything - right at the far south end of Main. And a 10 minute walk to Carter Park (young kids loved the sledding!!!). Only downside on the property is that its a 3rd floor walk-up...steps can be a little slippery and air is thin at 9000ft. If grandma goes with you, she will need to be careful, and Dad will need a break between suitcase loads! We had a great time - and overall, a very nice home base for our stay.

Marginal at best

This property is nothing special and needs updates. The beds are terrible and bedding is from a low rate motel. It was so bad I slept on the couch the last night. Neither of the TV's in bedrooms worked. I contacted the manager via the tablet in unit and was told they can't do anything till Monday (this was Friday). The drawers in kitchen need repair as well. I pulled out one drawer containing numerous knifes and almost fell on my foot. Rest of the unit is OK but nothing special. The location is great for access to mountain and Main st. I did like the key pad option for access. The owner uses a management company that bombs you with emails from two different companies (PMI Breck and Evolve) so your head is spinning before and during the stay on who to contact for anything. If in a pinch for long weekend, this place will work for the price but don't expect much. I'm not one to leave poor reviews but you've been warned.

We always strive to indicate clearly who your local guest contact is who can help you with any on-the-ground concerns you may have. We're sorry to hear these specific mattresses did not suit your personal preference. The owners are replacing all the bedding and will replace mattresses at the end of the season. They are also looking into the issue with the TVs. Thank you for bringing attention to the drawers in the kitchen; that will be tended to as well. We're confident future guests will enjoy their stays at this mountain condo!

Great Location!

The location couldn't have been better. Parking can be tough in Breck but the parking lot in front was great and we were within walking distance of everything downtown!

Great location!

Property was clean and excellent location. Had trouble w WiFi upon arrival, but problem was fixed next day. Quick walk to slopes and resaturants nearby.

Nice place in town

Everything was easy and as described. Only issue is the place stays a little warm, even with thermostat turned all the way down. OtherwIse, Fantastic!

Great location!

Sleep in room with bunk beds and the room was not really comfortable for adults. Ended up sleeping on the couch and my wife sleep in the bunk bed room. My in-laws had the Master Bedroom and they said it was great! Kitchen was awesome and location was great!

Great place for a ski trip.

Spent a week here on an annual ski trip with friends. The condo was clean, organized, and slept the four of us comfortably. The condo sits right on main street surrounded by a bunch of restaurants and is only a 5 minute walk to the quicksilver lift which was super convenient. The kitchen was decently stocked with the cookware which allowed us to cook dinner a few of the nights. The gas fire place was great for drying boots and gloves at the end of they day. The shower had great water pressure. We did have an problem with the wifi upon arrival. The router was broken and we had contacted the management service regarding the issue. They said they were going to have someone "take a look into it" the next day, but the issue was still unresolved by the end of the week. Would have been 5 stars otherwise.

Great location!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay. The location is wonderful. Top floor is a bit of work in ski boots but it was super quiet and that makes up for it. Nice being able to walk back from lifts and save money by making lunch and then heading right back. Our favorite restaurants (The Lost Cajun & Michael's Italian) are right across the streets, as is grocery store (thru back alley way). We had everything that we needed in the condo including extra pillows and blankets and a large humidifier. We also appreciated our room being ready early for us to drop our luggage off as we had a very early morning flight from Texas to Denver. We would definitely stay at this condo again.

Wonderfully located condo in the heart of Breckenr

The place was located right across the street from Peak 9 and easy to walk to. Very close proximity to restaurants, bars, and shops. The condo was clean and perfect for our group of 4. Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect Location!

We are a family of 3 that stayed for 4 nights right after Christmas. Check in was super easy. The unit is spacious enough (the second bedroom is cramped) and everything was clean. We loved the full kitchen and the couches in the living room. The stools for the counter are too short, but other than that we have no complaints. We selected this unit for its proximity to the slopes and the town, and we were not disappointed. It's a 5 minute walk (10 minutes if you are wearing ski boots) to the Quicksilver Lift. It's also a 5 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants in town. We literally did not need our car once we parked it. We would definitely rent this unit again, although I would love to have one on a lower floor. For those of us who aren't used to the altitude, the climb to the third floor with luggage and ski equipment was tough!

Great condo in a great location

We had 5 people stay here comfortably for two nights. The unit is well appointed and very comfortable. The location is excellent, right in downtown. We used the unit as a staging point for a rafting trip on the Arkansas river, a beautiful one hour drive away. Plenty of food and nightlife options within a short walk. The manager was extremely helpful and very responsive to some minor questions we had about the entertainment system and Internet. Although we stayed here in the summer, we would definitely rent again in the winter, the unit is obviously perfect for a ski vacation. Highly recommend this unit.

Great Location and Comfort

Spent the weekend here with friends. Really comfortable accommodations and very clean. Great beds and multiple sizes of pillows but it is tough to sleep at altitude. Nice that they had humidifiers to help with that. The location could not be better!!! In the middle of downtown so drive to Breck and leave the car parked until you are ready to leave. Highly recommend this clean comfy place!!
