Take the ferry to the car free island, Ocean Bay Park and enjoy a family friendly cottage. All of the amenities, newly refurbished house with huge wrap around deck with privacy fence. Sleeps 8 . Bar be que to your heart's content and eat inside the dining area or dine alfresco. Sunrise walks on the beach anyone? Steps to the Atlantic ocean and the bay. All the beach chairs, bicycles and umbrellas provided. Fun outdoor shower. Great Happy Hour with music only a short stroll. Peaceful! Watch for the deer to walk right up to your deck. Fourth of July and Labor Day weeks must be complete weeks, not daily rentals.

Cute Beach Cottage

My friends and I stayed here for a bachelorette and it was just what we needed for our weekend away! The location was perfect - so close to the beach and a fun bar (Flynns) and a local convenience store. The only thing I would say is the bunk beds are definitely kid sized so I would recommend this for more of a family friendly spot instead of having 8 adults but we still managed. The bikes were also a bit rusty but still worked. Having enough beach towels there for the guests and AC in each room was a major plus!
