Wonderful place to stay
Condo was clean and very nice. Darlene was very friendly and super easy to communicate with. Our son and his girlfriend stayed here for a Disney vacation and had nothing but wonderful things to say about the property. Thank you!!!
The rental was everything we needed as a base to visit Disney and other attractions.
The unit is very clean and has everything you need to cook some meals. It is very close to the main pool and clubhouse.
Only 25 to 30 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes to Disney and 20 minutes to the outlets. A couple of grocery stores are close by and not too far to some chain restaurants.
No complaints here.
Close to parks and easy to find! Cool ac and clean place!
The Condo was fine but they were replacing roofs all around and on top of us, noise from 8am til 5pm. Had to go under caution tape all through the area.
FL in the coldest January!!
This condo fit our vacationing family very well. We spent little time in the residence. We were on the move every day enjoying the theme parks of Orlando.
If I have a complaint, it would be rules, rules, rules. Many of which contradict each other. I do think, if a owner expects you to do their towels, the least they could do is provide the detergent. Yes, we could have went to the store and purchased cleaning products, but, we were flying to Alaska and had loaded suitcases. Should we buy detergent to wash towels and then leave it behind? Should we try to pack it? It seems cleaning products should be provided. Just my opinion!!
Clean condo, quiet property
I’m sure it was due to the cold weather but we had the pool and hot tub mostly to ourselves. The pool was warm and the hot tub felt great in the cold weather. Finding parking was never a problem. We didn’t use the Basketball or tennis courts because of the weather but I did read that it was $5 to use a basketball. The office also charges you for using the computers in the office as well as 50 cents per sheet to print something off. The property felt safe. I appreciated the security at the gates. They were friendly and did a good job at checking each car in a timely manner.
As far as the condo, it was clean and comfortable. Pretty much how it looks in the pictures. My only complaint was that they were stingy with providing extra toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, extra sponges for the dishes (the one there smelled terrible!). These are things that you don’t want to go out and buy if you’re only staying a few days or even a week. We ended up washing our dishes by hand. They did have liquid soap for that. We also bought TP and garbage bags. I brought extra laundry detergent with me. It was very handy to have a washer and dryer and they worked well. We had the dishes and utensils that we needed with one exception. There isn’t a mixing/salad bowl. We ended up using the colander for our salad which worked okay. But it would be very helpful to have a mixing bowl. Even a cheap plastic one. There also wasn’t a hair dryer but when I asked the manager about it, she brought one as soon as she could. Apparently, a former renter had taken the one that they had.
There were plenty of bath towels. But bring your own beach towels if you need them or want them for the pool. Also, bring shampoo and conditioner.
The beds were comfortable. The master bed is very loud and squeaky. But we slept fine on it.
The WiFi was very slow when we first got there. But once my husband reset the modem, it worked great.
The drive to Universal was about 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. There was also a Walmart Neighbprhood market very close (about a mile away). We didn’t eat out much but I did notice that there are lots of places to eat out close by.
Overall, it was a nice place to stay. The price was very reasonable. It was clean and safe and comfortable. And the owner was always quick to respond to my inquiries.
