Welcome to one of the most luxurious of Pamelas Premier properties called Tesoro Escondido. It is truly a “hidden treasure “ with its 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, (5 of which are en-suite), you are sure to have a magical time! The heart of this elegant Hacienda, double Adobe walled home, is the centerpiece and where all the fun happens the indoor heated pool. There are multiple sitting areas, a laundry room, exercise area, outdoor fire pit, and a grill. The home is 8, 227 sq ft and sits on a private gated 5 acres. Plenty of room to spread out or come together as a family and friends.
The breakdown of the rooms include: 4 King en suites, 1 Queen en suite, one room with 2 double beds and a twin ( bath in hallway) and another Queen room ( bath in hallway).
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the regular basics plus many more options. We have a Keurig coffee maker and a regular drip as well.
Please note: the pool is literally in the middle of the home with no pool barrier. We want you to be fully aware before booking this home that we do not feel it’s appropriate for anyone unable to swim. There will not be any lifeguards on duty at any time and you should understand the danger of small children especially. By moving forward and booking this home, you agree to take full responsibility of any accidents or incidents with regards to the pool. There is no fence, no gates, no cover or any pool barrier whatsoever. The depth ranges from 2’ to approximately 6’. The pool is a wonderful feature for entertainment and enjoyment by all.. we just really want to stress the importance of watching everyone at all times to have the safest time possible. It would be our recommendation to only book if you have fully capable swimmers.
Rules of the home:
We do not allow parties or events. No smoking inside the home. Quiet hours per the county are 10 pm to 7 am. Even though we are on 5 private acres, noise does carry so please be mindful of our neighbors. Do not tamper with pool equipment ( it’s a complicated wireless system that is managed remotely) or add anything to the pool ( no bubbles, food coloring etc) Please do not leave trash outside (it will attract animals and they will leave quite a mess). Please do not move furniture. Max occupancy is 14. No pets at all. After booking, we will require you to send a selfie holding your ID and a close up of the ID to verify you are who you booked as. We do not allow third-party bookings. We do require the selfie/ ID before we will set the gate or front door code. Minimum age required to book is 28. Check in is 4pm and check out is 10 am. If early check in or late check out is available, we will always accommodate. If it is a same-day turnaround, we will not be able to accommodate either request. The cleaners would need all the time they have to get the home ready. Please understand you may have to wait until a few days prior to arriving in order for me to know whether it would be booked and available for early check-in or late check out. We do have a Ring front door camera and 2 outdoor cameras on the corners of the home and one at the front gate. No interior cameras at all. Driveway parking is suitable for 6 cars. There is one step to enter the home and then 1 bedroom is up stairs. 6 are downstairs. Cancellations for breaking house rules will result in a loss of all money paid. The internet must stay plugged in. If it goes out, we will ask you to plug back in or we will send over our local house manager which will result in a fee.
We will have a binder located in the home with additional information and tips. Also after booking you will receive several automated messages and one asking if you would like a virtual guidebook. I really would suggest getting this because it will provide you with several ideas for the area ( fun, restaurants, shopping etc) along with more tips on the home to help you prepare prior to arrival. Knowledge of the home will make it more enjoyable for all.
This is a home just like any other home. It can have flaws of any issue with maintenance, landscape, cleaning, weather, animals, pool, etc. We require notice of any problems within 24 hours of arrival to give us a chance to correct. We will work with you on a resolution, but will not be held to attempts for a refund due to unreasonable circumstances. Santa Fe and this area in particular, does seem to have issues at times with electricity going out temporarily during storms, etc., Please note that this is out of our control entirely. You will see by our reviews we try to maintain the highest possible standards for the home, and will always do our best to correct any issues immediately. We will not allow attempts after the checkout period to claim issues with your stay.

As a condition to booking this Home you agree:
a. Owner shall not be liable or responsible in any way for any death or injury to persons, including guests of User, arising from or out of any occurrence in, upon or at the Home or for damage to any property (including money, securities, negotiable instruments, papers or other valuables) of User, User's guests or others from any cause whatsoever, unless such damage, loss, injury or death results from the gross negligence of Owner, its agents, servants or employees or others for whom it may be responsible. All property of User kept or stored at the Home shall be so kept or stored at the risk of User only, and User shall indemnify Owner in the event of any claims arising out of damages to the same, including any subrogation claim by User’s insurers.
b. User shall indemnify and hold harmless Owner and Owner’s Agents from and against any and all claims arising from or in connection with (a) the conduct or management of the Home or of any business therein, or any work or thing whatsoever done, or any condition created (other than by Owner) in or about the Home; (b) any act, omission or negligence of User, User’s agents or guests; (c) any accident, injury or damage whatsoever (unless caused solely by Owner’s gross negligence) occurring in, at the Home; and (d) any breach or default by User in the full and prompt payment and performance of User’s obligations under this Agreement; together with all costs, expenses and liabilities incurred in or in connection with each such claim or action or proceeding brought thereon, including, without limitation, all attorneys’ fees and expenses. In case any action or proceeding be brought against Owner or Owner’s agents by reason of any such claim, User, upon notice from Owner, shall resist and defend such action or proceeding (by counsel reasonably satisfactory to Owner).
c. User shall not use or permit the use of the Home or any part thereof for any purpose or use in violation of any law or ordinance or regulation of any governmental authority; or in any manner that will constitute a nuisance or an annoyance to the owners or occupants of adjoining or neighboring premises; or for any extra hazardous purpose or in any manner that will violate any policy or policies of insurance or suspend or increase the rate of premiums of any insurance at any time carried on the Home or on any of the contents thereof.
d. User warrants and represents that it is fully authorized to execute this Agreement or is the duly authorized agent of the party on behalf of whom it is executing this Agreement.
e. USER AGREES THAT IN ANY EVENT THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF OWNER UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE THE FEE PAID BY USER FOR THE RENTAL OF THE HOME.
2. Liability Waiver and Release:
a. User does hereby waive, release and forever discharge Owner, any other entities formed or owned by Owner, any respective directors, members, officers, constituents, agents, servants, employees, predecessors, successors, assigns, representatives and attorneys from and against any and all matters, events, conditions, indebtedness, suits, demands, representations, agreements, debts, obligations, liabilities, damages, claims, actions, and causes of action of any nature whatsoever (any such matter being referred to herein a "Claim"), whether known or unknown, arising out of or related to or in connection with any actions, failures to act, events, occurrences, facts or allegations, or any combination thereof, including, without limitation, all Claims which could be alleged related to the use of the Home by User or related to the use of the Home of any nature whatsoever whether based upon tort, contract, statute or regulation or any other theory of recovery whether asserted or unasserted.
b. User further expressly understands and acknowledges that the releases set forth herein include all matters liquidated, unliquidated, known, apparent, concealed, mature or immature. The releases set forth herein shall operate against User in all capacities, whether the Claims are direct, indirect, derivative or otherwise.
