When I moved to Florida, I chose to live in Sanford because it was close enough to a lot of activities, but also far enough to get out of the high traffic areas. I can shop, eat well, and enjoy the outdoors within a 10-minute drive.

What makes this property unique

I have a spacious home with a a fenced in back yard for privacy. I also enjoy taking daily walks around the neighborhood. I feel safe and get to enjoy my privacy.
