The whole group will enjoy this newly renovated, cozy, and inviting 2 bedroom/2 bathroom home centrally located in Beverly Hills, Florida.

Easy access to everything! Short drive to Rainbow Springs, Crystal River, Inverness, and Dunnellon. Whether you enjoy scalloping, boating, fishing, kayaking, swimming with the manatees, or just relaxing - There is something for everyone. Bring up to 6 guests!

Other things to note:
**Pets are allowed with approval and pet fee
**No smoking or vaping inside home
** Stays 2-3 weeks will be charged a $150 cleaning fee.
** Stays longer will be charged a $300 cleaning fee
** Bookings 30 day or longer are non - refundable

Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay, as this will make the check-out process much easier!

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d appreciate if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during the hours of 10:00 pm - 7:00 am.

In case of any accidental damage, we’ll look into the issue internally to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be.

Very clean updated home. Host showed us around the area and pointed out fabulous restaurants, shopping and attractions. Dawn even decorated our rental for Christmas!!! We have made lifelong friends.

The inside of the house was cute and clean. Master bath is very small. The exterior was not inviting and the area was a bit older and some homes unkept. Now I know why there were no exterior pictures of the house on line! Also, lots of old artificial flowers which made it look cheap. Lots of weeds and front porch light didn’t work. I feel like the price was high for the area and outside area. I probably would not re-book.

Had we been made aware during your stay that the exterior light was not working it would have been addressed immediately. We take pride in being responsive & proactive when concerns are brought to our attention. Regarding the listing, exterior photos are intentionally not included online as an added measure to help ensure the safety & security of the home. That said, the property is designed to be warm & welcoming, with a welcome flag, bench, flowers on the front porch & solar lighted driveway to create a pleasant first impression upon arrival. As for pricing, your stay took place during peak season & over the Thanksgiving holiday, when rates are at their highest. For 4 adults to enjoy a private 2-bedroom, 2-bath home, the rate was actually lower than that of local hotels offering a single room during the same period. We strive to price the home fairly and competitively based on seasonality, demand, & the value provided.
