This first level condo accomodates four people in two bedrooms. The living area looks out onto a patio deck with four chairs and overlooks the property. The kitchen has full size appliances, wth a dining area featuring a six-seater counter-level table. The living area includes a sofa and loveseat with Spectrum TV and a fireplace.
The master bedroom is located to the right of the entry, and it holds a king bed, dresser and two side tables. The bedroom also leads out to a patio with four chairs. The accompanying bathroom has a tub.
The second bedroom holds a queen bed with two side tables, small dresser and a desk.  The accompanying bathroom has a tub.
Both bedrooms have TVs as well.
