We are sorry to read a review so far from reality. With over 20 years of experience and more than 1,000 guest reviews highlighting our service and personal attention, we would like to clarify a few points. The beach is public and was affected by tropical storms during the stay, which temporarily impacted its condition. A dishwasher is not listed as an amenity due to local water conditions. Kitchen towels were provided, and all TVs were fully operational once the remotes, mixed between rooms,were correctly identified by maintenance. Check-in is remote and clearly explained in advance. The oven issue was resolved the same day with maintenance assistance. We refer future guests to our extensive review history, which accurately reflects the quality and service we consistently provide.

Sorry for that minor maintenance problems, I will check with my staff we are the owners of others houses and we have an inclusive staff to check that absolutely must be perfect. Hi NV Thank you for your comments. Yes in the description is clear is partial ocean view, is not a beach front property, the condominium is on the beach. About the electricity is clear in the rental agreement we sent you and is in the web site as well, and in the check in instructions we leave a recommendation about using the air conditioning. Hi Glenmore Thank you for your comments. We leaved in the house one beach towel and one body towel and 2 hands towel per person. If someone need more during your stay you can ask for more is no problem, either you have wash and dry machine in the laundry which is down stairs in the house. Yes some times when is to much windy coming from the women island we have seaweed but this thing happen in all Caribbean area, but is nothing that we can do with that, sorry.. Hello Juan I hope you arrived safe and happy at home. thank you for your comments and was a pleasure you and your family stayed with us. Respect at the toillets papers, and trash bags, we leaved in the house 2 trash bags per day and 2 big trash bags in the container outside of the house, and toillet paper 3 per bathroom. The consumption is depends of each group. Sorry if not was all quantity you was especting, but we never had any claim for that, we are going to put more for further guest. All sugestion are welcome. What happens with the Caribbean Sea in that area and when the storm is coming from Women Island that is in front of the house, the water comes revolt with sand and seaweed, for that reason you saw the beach in that way and was more than 3 days in big storms, Sorry about that but you know is nothing we can do with that. Dear Jordahl Thank your for your visit, and I appreciate your comments. Some point to be clear. You have at your right of the condominium one of the most bigger shopping mall in Mexico, Marina Shopping Center and there you have all what you need, grocery stores, supermarkets, all top one brand stores, restaurants, you don't need either to go to down town, and is walking distance no more than 10 minutes. The beach some time changes depends the winds and the weather, the time you been here was a little storm and that change some times the beach. About the pick up all international flight arrives in TERMINAL 3 but when the flight is going to arrive they change to the new Terminal 4, and yes some time is very confusing for everybody and all transportation must to change and some tie they loose the passengers, sorry about that. Hello Songtao Is really a shame that people like you, can worte all this kinds of things, when nothing is ture. First of all, you want to stay in the house with out pay the rent (balance 70%), VRBO sent you different message and call you many times, my self made the same thing, I send you many times the request to pay the balance, sent you WhatsApp message, phone calls, etc... for that reason security stop you in the entrance door to comunicate with me and tell you that was neccesary to pay the rental balance. All this comments you wrote is because you didn't achive your goal, STAY IN THE HOUSE WITHOUT THE TOTAL RENTAL PAYMENT. The house is located in the Hotel Zone, in this zone you have only the Bvd. Kukulcan and the house is not facing to that Bvd. is inside the complex. The house was renew 1 year ago, OLD??? you saw all the reviews before your reserved and all of them are excellent otherwise you never going to rent. Yes I have 3 phones, USA , Mexico and Spain, what is strange in that???, you think in that way because your mind works in that way, the same way that you want to stay without paymnet. 20K????? of what???? your girl friend didn't know how she can read the electricity, and you din't have any extra consumption and we refund you 100% of the deposit, and I have your confirmation. The mains entrance works with a pad code, and you have the instructions, and security told me that you trough away the paper, and then you call them to open it, is sense?? Your conduct is the same, fake cop??? really?? and your cross with red color and they charge you a penalty for that, and what I can do with that?? or is my fault as well?? My God!!!! be sense... Really I don't want to spend more time give you an answer you don't deserve. Please when you go to rent a house in the future ( I don't recommend you to any manager, owner, etc... to rent you nothing) please be sense, and honestly, and pay the rent on time, not 3 days after you are staying in the house, and ignore all contacts. Hello Dane Thank you for your comments but I want to clarify some of your points. I can see that is your first time in Cancun. The date of your arrival some flight company must to change the terminal where they must to landed because was a problem in Terminal 3 where usually your flight company must to arrive, and they move for terminal 2, for that reason with all of hundred of tourist we received in Cancun every day was a little more complicated, but all passengers have the same problem that day, is not in my hands but I'm sorry for that. Cancun like an Island one side of the island have ways and the other is not waves but the color of the water is not to blue, the beach where you have access is the same beach of all tourist like stay in the best hotels like Secrets The Vine, Hard Rock Hotel, JW Marriott, Ritz Carlton etc.. is one of the beat beach in Cancun, and for sure I can guarantee you is not filthy, by federal law they must to clean the beach every day, perhaps you can find some seaweed but that happens is when is to much windy form Women Island bring to the coast. The beach access is at 40 steps for sure like in an hotel, if you are in the lobby you must to walk , perhaps no more than 30 steps depends in which side of the beach you want stay. At the entrance of the beach you have the right to ask for beach chairs free is a big signal in the entrance, is Spanish and English. In July is the most hot season in Cancun for sure the pool will be not so freezing. If in our phone you have the APP for UBER you don't need to use Paypal, you must to use the same application and pay with your payment method you have registered in your UBER APP. Hi Cassandra, Thank you for your comments but nothing you are saying is actually true. First of all, we never provided you any shuttle services, you asked for it but you never payed and confirm any pick up, you purchased other transportation company. Regarding electricity it is clearly stated in our contract that you have to leave a deposit.that we refunded 100 % to you. At the check out your friends were waiting for the van you purchased and they never showed up at the house, and we even had to call and tried to assist your friends with that company to honor the service, but it was NOT our company! Where did you see that you are going to received maid service?It is clear in terms and conditions, that we do NOT provide that service for renters that stays less than 6 nights. You caused us problems at your check in telling me that it was not the house you rented! And we had to call Homeaway/Vrbo, and they had to send you an email to confirm that it was in fact the house you rented and everything was exactly what they had in the web site. You NEVER called us for any problem in the house, I have all the email you sent us in record. When we went for check out with your friends they said they had a great vacations and the house was amazing. So my question is: Why are you trying to blame us? And I am sorry to say that but I will not recommend you for any other renting property or owners.
