THIS IS ONE OF ONLY 2 UNITS THAT HAVE LARGE LIVING SPACE 2 FULL BATHROOMS AND WINDOWS GALORE!

Very well stocked condo within an easy walk of dining and shopping venues. All possible amenities for the unit were included. Ideal oceanfront location with daily whale and dolphin sightings.

Best location you can ask for! Walk to anything, and from living room to ocean is 10 steps! Will be back for sure! Pool is also so clean and nice and the grills were great to cook and bring food to the back porch.. so nice

The view was amazing!! Communication throughout our stay with Knutson was excellent. We checked in to a very clean condo. Towels were plentiful. We did not cook anything but everything you would need was there. Bed and pillows were comfy. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Very nice place, clean and spacious. Amenities were great and the place was stocked nicely. Beautiful ocean views and loved the area in general. Property managers went out of their way to ensure I received my prescription that I left behind at home and needed so badly. Could have been an awful trip without their help and great communication! Loved our stay!

Lovely stay

Well decorated, very comfy beds - including the hide-a-bed, sharp knives in the kitchen, clean, comfortable, parking included. Great location - can walk to town and half way between exploring north or south island.

Incredible ocean front lanai 30 steps to a turtle cove.

Stunning unit in a fabulous location. Pictures don't do it justice. Included parking was such an unexpected bonus due to the busy and expensive parking in the area. The condo was perfect and fully equipped. We loved the oceanfront views (saw some whales!) from the lanai and the easy access to the pool. The kitchen had everything you would need for preparing meals, also it has a Keurig as well as a traditional coffee maker (and a grinder if you purchase local Kona coffee.) We loved the many coffee options! We appreciated the restaurant and activity recommendations in the welcome brochure. One thing we either didn't see in the brochure or overlooked was the location of the beach equipment (we eventually found it on our last night!) The unit also doesn't have a full length mirror which is not a big deal but if I could recommend anything that would be it! We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great property and location

25ft from the ocean, 75ft from the beach, 10ft from the pool, and .03 mile walk to shopping and restaurants. Condo had all the amenities needed. Beautiful sunsets every night!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great sunsets

We had nine very relaxing and enjoyable days here. The pictures are accurate and the view and location are excellent. The kitchen is well equipped, which was important as we cooked almost all of our meals - including all dinners.

Outstanding rental unit for couple. Completely accurate description. Nice finishes and fully equipped. As close to the breaking waves as you can want, but the shore is rocky and swimmable only by the serious. The management company is excellent.

Perfect spot on the ocean in town.

This ground floor ocean front unit was perfect for my husband and me. The sunsets were amazing, the condo had everything we needed, we could walk to restaurants, and we had great communication with our host.

Kona Delight

Great corner first floor unit, light and airy, with a short walk right down to tide pools. The pool, spa and bar-b-que was conveniently next to us. Very close to restaurants and shops. When we come back, we will definitely stay here again!
