Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure fireplace is off and the fire in the fire pit is out. Gas tank for grill is off. Please leave door to washing machine and detergent tray open when not in use.
This will help keep the washing machine smelling fresh. Put all trash in bags in the trash cans outside. Do NOT put loose trash in the cans outside.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking or vaping indoors; a $500 charge applies if violated. Fireworks are prohibited. Disturbing the peace may lead to eviction without refund.
Report any damages within 2 hours of checking in. Winter may require 4-wheel drive vehicles; no refunds for inaccessible roads or for no-shows.

My party of six (ages 12-56) stayed here for a couple of nights over Thanksgiving. It was an adorable home with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The property was beautiful and conveniently located to Tazewell, Morristown, Middlesboro, and Harrogate (to name several). The host was quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I had. Very clean and cozy! I would highly recommend.

Family Vacation

My family lives in Tazewell so this was the perfect place for me to stay. I loved waking up to the cows in the morning. The host was helpful and responded quickly to any questions I had. It's peaceful and beautiful mountain view.

The country setting is very nice with the cows in the field next door. The house is very open with plenty of room. They did a really good job updating this house. The beds are nice and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Throughout the year, residents are treated to breathtaking views, making it a scenic and enjoyable place to call home.

The house, originally constructed in 1943, has undergone a comprehensive renovation. In an effort to maintain its historical charm, the original hardwood floors were sanded and refinished.
