Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure fireplace is off and the fire in the fire pit is out. Gas tank for grill is off. Please leave door to washing machine and detergent tray open when not in use.
This will help keep the washing machine smelling fresh. Put all trash in bags in the trash cans outside. Do NOT put loose trash in the cans outside.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking or vaping indoors; no fireworks, a $500 charge applies if violated. Disturbing the peace may lead to eviction without refund.
Report any damages within 2 hours of checking in. Winter may require 4-wheel drive vehicles; no refunds for inaccessible roads or for no-shows.

Perfect location!! House was immaculate. Good job with the hostess book it helped a lot with the details of the surrounding area. Beautiful Home. Would stay again if we travel into the area.

The property was probably the most accurate description of any that I have rented. It was perfect for our needs. We needed a stay for a graduation and lunch following. It is rural with cows in the field and spectacular mountain views, but a dollar general in walking distance from the house. The house was very spacious and had a great layout with a large covered porch which proved very useful as it did rain some. We needed to reach out to the host and she responded promptly and was more than accommodating to us. We would definitely recommend this gem to anyone needing to get away to this area. Great distance (about 20 minutes) to LMU if you are attending a graduation, etc.

Family Vacation

My family lives in Tazewell so this was the perfect place for me to stay. I loved waking up to the cows in the morning. The host was helpful and responded quickly to any questions I had. It's peaceful and beautiful mountain view.

Everything you need.

The country setting is very nice with the cows in the field next door. The house is very open with plenty of room. They did a really good job updating this house. The beds are nice and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

My party of six (ages 12-56) stayed here for a couple of nights over Thanksgiving. It was an adorable home with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The property was beautiful and conveniently located to Tazewell, Morristown, Middlesboro, and Harrogate (to name several). The host was quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I had. Very clean and cozy! I would highly recommend.

I have given a 5 star review we hardly stayed at the house. We were busy the week we were there. The rooms were fine, the beds were comfortable. Plenty of seating for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies. The only issues we had but the owner already knew we had a bad water leak in the kitchen. We kept pots out to get the water. Then there was a bee issue. We were warned ahead of time about this issue. I just didn't think it was going to be as bad as it was. But we dealt with it. Every night when we got in we had to vacuum them up. My oldest woke up to one on his arm and got stung by one. But other than those two issues the house was in perfect location, easy to get to. And there's a nice Dollar General next door. I would rent this house again.
