Close to restaurants and bars. Location was close to bioluminescent tours, we didnt book a rental car and walked to all places we needed to go, surprisingly clean, no bugs. We were skeptical about this place reading other reveiws online, but the place was well maintained and clean. Plenty of parking (which we didnt need to use)

The property was clean, comfortable, and charming. I really appreciated the attention to detail. My only suggestion would be regarding the number of posted rules—there seemed to be quite a few (kitchen, backyard, bathroom, etc.). While I understand the intent to keep things organized, it felt a little overwhelming at times. Perhaps consolidating or simplifying them could make the experience feel more relaxed. I would definitely stay here again though.

My family of four loved our stay here! There was enough room for all of us, and the shower was the best we had in Puerto Rico. The apartment is right in the middle of a local neighborhood, so you get a real feel for the community. Many restaurants are within a 5 minute walk, as well as a small beach, with dozens of other larger beaches a few minute drive away.

Absolutely delightful little place with everything needed! Perfect walking distance to some adorable and delicious restaurants, bio tours (we timed our stay incorrectly at full moon, whoops, but had so much fun still!), and beautiful beaches! Our stay was lovely. Everything you needed was there! Things you wouldnt think you need, Outdoor shower, foot wash out side so you don't bring sand into the unit, storage to drop yours off bags until unit is ready. The apartment complex is a tropical retreat. There are beautiful trees and plants including star fruit and mango trees. The location is a 5 minute drive to restaurants and grocery stores. Inside the apartment had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.
