Quintessential South Beach Vineyard vacation home on 1.5 private acres. This home is a short walk to South Beach, close to the bike path and just a short ride into the village of Edgartown. This home backs on 200 acres of conservation land known as Katama farm. The back of the property abuts the walking path! Follow the path and see the wild flower filled fields complete with grazing cows. The most perfect place on the planet!

We have been visiting the Vineyard for 15 years and this is one of the best locations we've rented. The home is just that, a home that welcomes renters as guests with its bright and comfy rooms as well as its inviting deck. Christina was so helpful and easy to communicate with. We look forward to the opportunity to go back!

Martha's Vineyard is a magical place. Each town has its own distinctive flair. The island and its beaches have been beautifully preserved. It truly is the most perfect place on the planet!

What makes this property unique

Walk to the beach for fun in the sun, or walk along the farm path to the Right Fork Dinner for food or a Biplane ride, or walk to the Winnetu for dinner and drinks. So much to do without ever getting in the car! The bike path is right down the street for a short bike ride to town or take the trolly that stops at the end of the road to many destinations on the Island. This location can not be beat!
