This is our 2nd time staying here. Its going to be our go to VRBO for future stays if we come out with other couples. We like the proximity to the airport, main roads and downtown area. The Mortgage Matchup Center, Chase Field, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. Owner is also very quick amd responsive to messages.

We stayed here the weekend of the NCAA final four women’s basketball championships. The house was perfect for our party of six. We easily walked to downtown Phoenix for the games and restaurants every day. Great location to walk to the arenas, etc. Clean house. Great interaction with the host.

The location was perfect for events happening at the convention center, Mortgage Match-up, or Chase Field. Walking distance to all. The neighborhood looked a little rough, but the home was a gem inside.

Came for a week long of excursions and activities with friends

Clean and neat house located in an older neighborhood. Easy few minute drive to airport. 5-10 minute walk to downtown area bars and restaunts incl Chase Field and Footprint Center. Owner very ontop and quick to respond to questions. For those traveling with young ones there is a nice sized park across the street. Waymo car service will come right to the house curbside and is an inexpensive easy way for those that don't choose to walk to the DT or other areas. Would recommend and will stay here again whenever we return!
