About the host
Hosted by Karen Ziebarth
I am from Adel, Iowa. My favorite pastime is hiking with my sons. I'm looking forward to the grandsons' schedules slowing down so they can join us on a regular basis.
Why they chose this property
Yosemite National Park was the first national park my sons and I visited. We were mesmerized with the beauty this park offers. We plan to visit all the national parks, but the wonder of Yosemite will always keep this place at the top of our list.
What makes this property unique
Our modern mountain home was designed to be built exactly where it's at. The floor-to- ceiling windows keep the creek and forest trees in view no matter where you are at in the house. Listening to the creek while enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning on the deck and your evening beverage of choice is priceless! Being 1.7 miles from the south entrance to Yosemite National Park saves much time waiting to get into the park during peak season.
