Questo è un bellissimo condominio in una proprietà resort molto bella con molte attività e servizi. Il condominio è molto pulito e ben mantenuto. Questo condominio aggiornato con due camere da letto ha due bagni completi e una cucina completa. Il condominio può ospitare fino a sei persone. Lavatrice e asciugatrice sono all'interno del condominio. C'è una TV in ogni camera da letto e nel soggiorno. Il bagno principale dispone di una vasca idromassaggio. Per le famiglie con neonati e bambini piccoli, una culla e seggiolone possono essere forniti gratuitamente (su richiesta).

La struttura si trova nel centro di Cocoa Beach. C'è un supermercato a mezzo miglio e molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze. La comoda posizione di Cocoa Beach ti porta vicino al Kennedy Space Center, a Port Canaveral, al molo di Cocoa Beach ea un'ora da Orlando, FL.

Outstanding. One of our best vacations!

The resort is amazing. Our condo was incredible and all of our needs were met. Our kids had the best time at the pool and being right on the beach was amazing. The condo was clean and quiet. Overall this was one of our best vacations ever!

Our stay was great. The building was well maintained, pool was enjoyable, ocean and beach were beautiful. The Hilton is next door which provided a nice location for morning coffee and afternoon and evening cocktails. You could walk up the beach about 1.5 miles to the Pier and south about 1.5 miles to Coconuts. Restaurants in the area had wonderful food. The units are all being updated with new furniture, and we thought what was there was already nice. The pull out sofa bed was extremely comfortable. We would stay there again.

A Wonderful Place!

We had a wonderful time at The Resorts at Cocoa Beach. The unit was well appointed and clean; and had everything we could need to spend time with our daughter and grandchildren. The pool and water sprinklers were perfect for our age group. The indoor play area was clean and well maintained and supervised. The unit was well equipped and tastefully furnished. My only comment is that the washer/dryer could afford to be updated, but aside from that, it was perfect!

False advertising - Don't bite.

This is called Cocoa Beach Resort and is a timeshare. If you want an inexpensive hotel for a family stay with small children it's O.K. but if you value your surroundings on vacation don't bite. It's not a gorgeous, and there's a reason they took aerial view pictures. First off, the pool is nothing like it appears in the picture, it's next to the parking lot. Every time the sprinklers go on it smells like sewer. The hot tub is nice and hot but on the roof next to the pool. The kiddy splash area is about four feet by four feet. The poolside bar is a tiny shed. The bedrooms have been updated, but they have a strange moldy type odor. The water from the shower smells like rotten eggs. probably haven't cleaned the pipes. Even though on the surface it may look clean, it feels and smells dirty. I feel sorry for the people that bought into this timeshare.

Highly recommend. Excellent value.

Large, comfortable 2 bedroom condo was clean and well equipped. Front desk was fast and friendly. Security guards were polite and helpful. Bartender at pool was super funny and helpful. Can’t beat the value. Wasn’t expecting it to be as nice as it was for the good price. Pleasantly surprised.

Perfect getaway

We were only able to stay in the area for 3 days but this condo was perfect! At first we were disappointed that we got the condo on the 2nd floor so didn't have a view of the beach, however all the amenities made up for it. The condo was exactly as described. Easy access to the beach, great Mexican restaurant onsite, loved the pool, hot tub, game room. So many great activities nearby. The unit was perfect for the 5 of us. I called maintenance about little ants in the kitchen and a wonderful member of the maintenance staff was literally at our door in 5 min. We would definitely stay here again!

It was everything advertised and lived up to our expectations. The indoor playground and arcade plus all the activities that were available kept the kids entertained. Definitely would stay here again and would recommend it to family and friends.

Exactly what we were looking for

This 2 bedroom condo was exactly what we were looking for. Right on the beach with ocean front balcony. Easy driving distance to several local seafood. Two bedrooms for privacy and the unit was very clean. The beds (mattress and pillow's) were very comfortable, even the pull out couch. Our visit was very timely and we were able to see a satellite launch from our beach.

Great location and view!

The location is great with beautiful ocean views! The condo was clean with everything you need. They provide paper towels, laundry detergent, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent. We didn't use the pool (we love the beach) but it had live music every day and looked lively. It was nice to have a restaurant on site when you don't want cook or go out. There is a charge to use the chairs/umbrellas on the beach, it's worth it if utilizing for a day but if there for a number of days we would have purchased our own. The only thing I would suggest for improvement would be the matresses & pillows. If we visit Cocoa Beach again I would definitely stay here! The resort has a lot to offer, we weren't able to utilize all the amenities since we were only there for 3 days.
