There is a gorgeous view of the ocean and the heated pool from the spacious balcony. The condo has an elevator and the front door is right next to the elevator.

You can walk to Downtown Cocoa Beach, where you can enjoy live music, fishing from the ocean or pier or visit Ron Jon's Famous Surf Shop.

The grounds are spacious and include a large heated pool. Outside near the pool are charcoal grills that are available. The beach walkway has a shower and water hoses to make it easy to rinse off as you come and go on the beach.

The unit is centrally located in Cocoa Beach. Within a short walk, you can enjoy Downtown Cocoa Beach, with its seasonal festivals (surfing Santas), bike and beach rentals, live music, and selection of restaurants. Port Canaveral, the largest cruise ship port in the US, is only 5 miles away. Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World are all an hour away. The Kennedy Space Center is a short 15 minute drive from the unit.
