Great home base

We loved this house. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs to run around and exercise. The furniture and bed were very comfortable and clean. We slept well and the neighborhood was quiet and convenient.

Great city center location in Rapid City

Everything was great for our visit except the propane grill did not exist and a charcoal grill was there without charcoal and a worrisome grill that was not fit to use. We slept well and the kitchen was well stocked. Our dogs loved the backyard

Oasis

A great property with all the amenities, enclosed fenced yard all the way around, fire pit, great beds, wonderful kitchen all the cooking utensils that you could need. Exactly as described we we’re very, very happy with our stay and will be staying in the future.

Too many plants

We did not like the fact that we could not shut the blinds because of interference of the plants. Many of the plants in the house were in the process of dying. The yard was great and being totally fenced in for our dog was a big help.

Linda you were a great guest I'm sorry you didn't let me know about the blinds while I was talking with you in the house while helping with the tv I feel like I could have helped had you told me your issues on this matter. As for the plants, all plants in the home are as pictured in the listing photos some times plants shed leaves for many reasons as an avid plant collector I know these things can and do happen but that does not mean they are dieing I do hope you enjoyed your stay otherwise and at least I know the blinds were an issue and I have fixed that issue. Thankyou for the feedback.

The neighborhood is great I have great relationships with all the nearby homeowners some of them are very close friends whom I've know many years!

What makes this property unique

My home is great for you because it is so close to downtown shopping stores, outlet mall grocerie stores and also close drive to nearby attractions like Sturgis and Mount Rushmore, Badlands, Custer and so much more. This home is a great place to come and relax after a day of sight seeing or just a long drive. It has a completely massive fenced in front and back yard that connect together as 1 which make it feel safe and secure. The property has 2 car driveway with extra parking in the front of the house for long vehicles or trailers.
