The home was nice and comfortable overall, and the owner was responsive and easy to work with. When the coffee maker stopped working, a replacement was delivered quickly, which we really appreciated.There were a few items the owner may want to be aware of for future guests. The house was a bit dusty in places, the bathtub faucet felt loose and looked like it needed attention, and the washing machine was very loud when running. We also noticed a few stink bugs and ladybugs inside during our stay, which may be seasonal.One small suggestion would be to provide a few basic supplies like trash bags and a sponge for washing dishes.Overall, a nice place with a responsive owner, and with a few minor fixes it could be even better.

Cute little cabin.

Perfect size for our family of 5 plus another adult. Very clean. Contacting the host has been easy and they are quick to respond. The kids enjoyed playing the Switch.

Labor Day Weekend

Property was in a central location and was within 15-20 minutes of all main attractions. Road was paved which made getting to property easy and less scary then other properties I have stayed at. Communication with owner was quick and easy. They did have to close off the bottom deck for safety reasons before we arrived but they communicated this to us and we were ok with it but they did give us the option to cancel. Cabin was clean and beds were comfortable. We had 6 guests so we had room for everyone. Our teens loved the Nintendo Swith. We would recommend this property!

Adorable Cabin

Then cabin was perfect and just what we needed for our group of 8. Absolutely nothing was wrong with the accommodations, but there was a large group staying in the cabin next door, that were very unruly. They were loud, they were partying, they were outside leaning against our cars. Then they started to figjt with each other in the road. We couldn’t go outside to leave because they were all over our cars abd fighting. We looked for an emergency number to call but couldn’t find one. It might be helpful to have that out in case people need it. Again, none of this was your fault!!

What makes this property unique

I wanted to make the home feel cozy and warm. We love to curl up in front of the fireplace in the winter. Each of the rooms was carefully planned and designed to make it feel like a home away from home.
Fun fact, I share a birthday with Dolly Parton. She is such an important part of the Smoky Mountain community, I wanted to pay homage to her and all of the wonderful things she continues to do for the area! We hope you love it too.
