This home boasts 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 3 luxurious bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. Each room is thoughtfully designed with high-quality furnishings and decor to create a relaxing and inviting atmosphere.

The fully equipped kitchen features state-of-the-art appliances, granite countertops, and ample space for preparing delicious meals. Whether you're a culinary enthusiast or prefer quick bites, this kitchen has everything you need.

*Pack & Play and Highchairs - $40 each
*Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
*No pets allowed
*A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. Please leave it where it gets left.
*Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.

This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings.

*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5 star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!

The house is very spacious and the beds very comfortable. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and close to most everything. We had just a few issues/questions and the host was very responsive. The outdoor patio with the lemon tree was awesome!

Nice House and Quiet Neighborhood

Great location and plenty of space for everyone. The outside patio is where we stayed most of the time, and we couldnt have asked for a better house.

Scottsdale delight

This property was perfect for us. Plenty of space and we got a lot of use out of the pool table and ping pong table. The house was very clean. Grocery stores are near by and there are several restaurants less than a mile away. We would definitely rent this property again.

Family vacation

The place was spacious and matched the photos accurately. The only downside was some electrical issues with the lights—specifically, the back porch lights didn’t work, which made it difficult to enjoy the outdoor space after the kids went to bed. Overall, it was a great spot to spend time with family.

The house was impeccably clean, the neighborhood was lovely, the backyard patio and pool were fantastic! Very comfortable rooms and the whole house was very spacious and comfortable. We had a fantastic stay! My main reason for not giving 5 stars was due to the poor communication regarding check-in process and also zero info on how to work the alarms on the back doors. Also, the kitchen was missing some key items.

Spring Training

The house was well located for Spring Training purposes, being close to Talking Stick and Scottsdale stadiums. We also very much enjoyed our Pinnacle Peak hike. We do believe that the listing should be written to clearly signal that a) the pool is not and cannot be heated ( (which renders it worthless during the winter and spring months), and b) the rooftop patio is not included, despite photos suggesting otherwise.

There was poor information on how to access the home via the door adjacent to the garage, when I called the property manager to ask how we were supposed to get into the property, I did not get a call back for over an hour the front of the house had dirt all over the pathways And the lounge chair by the pool left my daughter and her bathing suit darkly stained with blue dye.

There are no mirrors in the bedrooms. The plugs do not work in any of the bathrooms. The alarm would only shut off by taking the batteries out. The bathroom knob fell off every time you went out. I think it would be nice to have some essentials in the kitchen- salt & pepper. The switches in the house were all complicated as hell, we never figured those out . We did enjoy our stay even with these inconveniences.

Great value!

If you are planning to swim in winter, the pool is not heated. We weren’t planning to and are aware that a lot of homes aren’t automatically equipped with pool heat. Other than that, the house is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. The house is very roomy and styled very nicely. Not much for supplies so be prepared for that. The home could use an on demand hot water heater but it isn’t horrible. Still a great value and lovely home.

Communications are last minute from porter. The management company. On the day of arrival they are asking my for ID and credit card verification and I am already in route. Similar checkout procedures sent the last day 18 hours prior and well we were out and checking my email is not a priority. We had a check in issue since the entry door was kicked in. Called the management company and they seemed ok but you got it? But the house is not secured since anyone can walk in. We’ll get a guy out to look at it tomorrow. I trackedDown the owner and informed and aWorker was there in one hour. Pool should have a warning that it’s not heated during march never entered though it lookedNice Accommodations were great for 4 male golfers needing clean spacious areas to sleep, eat and relax. Cleaning crew needs a little more attention to details like the coffee pot, or sharpen knives,,,, or even shower soap etc Beds were fine andAmple towels. The hot water does not stream to the sinks or shower so you really need to be patient when seeking hot water I would rent again. The door kick in was the past tenant as learned but the resolution should have started in immediately without my involvement
