The Space:
Inside, the cottage is warm and inviting, with an open-concept layout and warm, natural finishes throughout. The living area is set up for cozy nights in, while the fully equipped kitchen is ready for anything from a quick breakfast to dinner in. French doors open to a private deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee with sweeping marsh views—or wind down in the afternoon with a drink as the sun sets.
Three well-appointed bedrooms offer space to spread out, with two full bathrooms and plenty of thoughtful touches throughout the home.
Just minutes from beaches, wineries, farmers markets, and coastal hikes, this location also offers easy access to Newport, Narragansett, and Providence for day trips and coastal exploring.

Located in the heart of historic Wickford Village, our cottage puts you right in the middle of one of Rhode Island’s most charming coastal neighborhoods. Stroll along the harbor, explore local shops and galleries, or grab coffee and lunch just steps from your door. The area is known for its walkability, colonial architecture, and waterfront views. Nearby, you'll find beaches, marinas, and seasonal festivals. Easy access to Route 1 and Route 4 makes day trips to Newport, Narragansett, and Providence a breeze.
Getting Around:
North Kingstown is best explored by car, with easy access to charming coastal towns, historic sites, and beaches. Route 1 and Route 4 make travel simple, and it’s just a short drive to Newport, Wickford Village, and Narragansett. The Wickford Junction train station offers commuter rail service to Providence and Boston. T.F. Green Airport is about 20 minutes away.
