Guests are responsible for replenishing if needed during their stay.

Pool Water Temperature Set up is 80F during Winter, 82F during Fall and 84F during the rest of the year. However, please note that a Pool is not a SPA and Heaters are not designed to reach those temperatures during WINTER EXTREME COLD DAYS. (We don't have many in Florida but please keep this mind in if case it happens during your stay. Unfortunately, this is something we can't control, just like rainy days...)

Note: Ring door bell camera at front door. We always recommend to our guests to buy the travel insurance.

We stayed with 6 adults, 4 children ages 6 & under. CONS- Our only complaints were that the floors were not clean & the beds were extremely uncomfortable for all the adults ( we all left with back pain ) Now for the PROS- The pool was a HUGE hit for everyone. Convenient to all the local beaches, easily within driving distance. The host was extremely kind and responsive. Excellent kitchen and plenty of activities within and outside the house to keep everyone occupied. Over all it was a great stay.

We would like to clarify 2 points for future guests: We use high-quality, name-brand mattresses that are only about 18 months old. They are 12-inch hybrid mattresses with medium firmness. We chose medium firmness specifically to provide a balance between support and comfort. We regularly receive comments that the beds are very comfortable. Of course, mattress comfort is highly personal, and what works for one person may not work for another. Regarding the floors, we are very surprised by this comment. First, you never mentioned any issue with the floors during your stay, including when I personally met you at the house upon your arrival. If you remember, I actually removed my shoes and walked barefoot into the house, while everyone else entered wearing shoes... We clean the house ourselves (we've been doing this hundreds of times over the years), and our cleaning process includes thoroughly vacuuming the entire house followed by PRO machine scrubbing. We actually walk through the house barefoot afterward to make sure the floors are spotless before every arrival, and I can assure you they were spotless when you arrived. However, when you checked out, there was a significant amount of sand throughout the house so it is therefore quite possible that what you noticed toward the end of your stay was sand brought into the house during the week, rather than floors condition when you arrived.

I had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, exactly as described, and had everything I needed for a comfortable trip. The location was perfect, and it made getting around super easy. We loved the location of the house. It was in a quiet neighborhood with a short drive to the beach. We enjoyed the pool on the days we didn’t drive to the beach. The house was equipped with chairs, a cooler, and an umbrella for us to take to the beach with us. We would definitely stay here again.
