Combining the reclaimed wood from the original 1920s carriage house with modern luxuries, including a full-sized bath room with Kohler soaking tub. Our kitchenette is fully stocked with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave and 2 hot plates and a top of the line convection oven for cooking. There is also an outdoor bbq grill.
The queen-sized bed is located in our loft space and is only accessible by the rolling library ladder. It features a wonderful memory foam mattress proving the most comfortable sleep around.
If you don’t feel like going up the ladder to bed, pull out the leather futon, throw on the provided pillow topper and Boll and Branch sheets and slumber downstairs.
The luxurious bed linens in this home are Boll and Branch.
Step into our full-sized bathroom for a hot shower after hiking and dry off with our plush towels! We’ve even provided his and her spa robes for lounging in style while staying in our mountain retreat.
When the weather warms up in spring, summer and fall, spend your evenings outdoors looking for constellations by the outdoor fire pit. Star gazing is a must in Northern Arizona.
The built-in eating counter is perfect for a casual breakfast or fancy it up for a romantic dinner for two when the weather doesn’t permit outdoor dining. This tiny home features your very own outdoor cafe table and umbrella for two people that’s perfect for all of your dining needs during warmer months of the year.
Don’t feel like firing up the grill? No problem. This tiny oasis is located just two short blocks from downtown Williams. Leave your car parked in our private driveway and stroll, hand-in-hand to Route 66 to find live music, a variety of cafes and eateries, and plenty of shopping.
High-speed internet is readily available for zoom calls in this mountain retreat. While a large screen TV is provided, it doesn’t get much use, as this custom designed yard is where you will want to spend your free time.
While this home is tiny, no expense has been spared in creating a spectacular stay for you and another.
Because of the tall loft with library ladder entry, this home is not designed for hosting children. It’s perfect for a single person wanting to get away in luxury or a couple looking for romance as big as the Grand Canyon!

The place was super cute and cozy. The proximity to downtown was great and the host was very communicative. We will definitely be going back on our next trip to the Grand Canyon.

About the host
Hosted by Rene Brookbank
Hi! I’m Rene and I’m a native of Williams. I was born and raised here and love this little mountain town. My family owned a local motel for many years so hosting guests is in my blood. I love creating beautiful spaces for travelers to enjoy. This tiny house has been a passion project and I couldn’t be more proud of it.
Why they chose this property
My dad lived in the main home and left it to me when he passed. He loved this home because of its location and walk ability to downtown. We’ve updated the main home and blitzed out the backyard. It’s a very special place.
What makes this property unique
This tiny house was originally a 1920’s carriage house. We took the dilapidated carriage house and turned it into a rustic and modern tiny house. It’s adorable. And our yard is something to be experienced It’s private and tranquil and so relaxing. It’s a yard that people dream of having for their own.
