It is one of three tiny homes behind the main farmhouse. Hot-water service is awaiting documented maintenance verification after a recent report.



Guest Access:

At the white farmhouse, open the uncoded exterior gate on the left, go up the stairs, follow the path around the left side, then continue right into the center courtyard. Tiny Home 2 is the wood home with a blue door closest to the farmhouse. There is no separate building or gate code; use only the current reservation-specific credential at the blue-door Schlage lock.



The Neighborhood:

The property is in Portland's Hosford-Abernethy area between the SE Division and SE Hawthorne corridors, near restaurants, cafes, shops, and transit. Business hours and routes change; verify current details before relying on them.



Getting Around:

Walking, biking, public transit, and rideshare are available in the area. Public curb parking is the only parking provided: spaces are not reserved, and guests must follow permanent and temporary signs. No private driveway or guaranteed parking space is included.



Other Things to Note:

Hot-water service is under maintenance verification after a recent report. Quiet hours are 10 PM-8 AM. No parties or events. Dogs only, maximum two; a $99 fee per dog per stay applies unless already included by the booking channel. Cats are not permitted.
