Largo Mar is a family friendly Gulf front town-home complex with spacious 2BR/2.5BA units that are just steps to the Beach! Largo Mar is a gated resort with tropical manicured grounds, a hot tub, swimming pool, Gulf-front sun deck with direct private beach access. Park at your door for easy loading and unloading - No Elevators!!
Comfortably sleeps 6 with a King bed in both bedrooms and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Both bedrooms have a balcony and private full bath. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher & washer/dryer. The home is on 3 separate levels. The master bedroom with private full bathroom is on the third floor. The second bedroom with a full bathroom is on the second floor. The sleeper sofa, half bath, kitchen and living areas are on the ground floor.

Largo Mar is located on the east end of PCB’s Thomas Drive, which is much quieter and has lighter traffic. It is an easy commute to all that PCB has to offer. Walk to Schooners - the last local bar/restaurant on the beach. Wonderful white sugar sand beach and beautiful sunsets!
