Convenient location to NYC

Great location just across the river in NJ. Only a 15-20 minute bus ride to Port Authority. Good sized space with basic amenities. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants. Still in a city location with sounds of the city outside so earplugs would be helpful if you are used to a quieter place.

The wifi did not work. We contacted the host several times and never got a correct password. Bathroom tub and shower as well as several ceiling tiles were in disrepair. Pictures were misleading.
Tiles in ceiling showed water damage.
Tub needed to be replaced or replaced. Mold around caulking.
