This family-owned and operated Cozy Cabin can comfortably accommodate 4 guests between Two King Suites. Spend a day at Soaky Mountain Water Park located just 5 minutes away or relax on the spacious back porch complete with a hot tub, swinging day bed, grill, and outdoor dining area. No matter how you plan to enjoy The Great Smoky Mountains, this cabin is for you! Upon entering Our Big Little Cabin, you'll discover an open-concept living area featuring a fireplace, a comfortable sofa, and a Smart TV. Cozy up by the fireplace on chilly Smoky Mountain mornings and nights. With high-speed internet, you can stream your favorite movies and TV shows or browse social media with ease. As you move through the living area, you'll come to the dining area and kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring granite countertops, an electric stove/oven, a full-sized refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, a Keurig coffee maker, and a toaster, allows you to prepare home-cooked meals with ease. Gather around the dining table to enjoy meals with your family and friends. A door in the kitchen leads to a porch where you’ll find a grill for your BBQing pleasure. (Please remember that we are in bear country, so do not leave food unattended outside.) The porch also features an outdoor dining area, a daybed, and a hot tub. The main level of the cabin has one bedroom with a cozy king-size bed, a Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find an arcade game, another bedroom, and a bathroom. The second-level bedroom also features a king-size bed, a Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom. This cabin is just 5 minutes away from Soaky Mountain Waterpark, a newer but very popular attraction. It's also close to the highly anticipated Buc-ee’s at Exit 407, projected to be “the largest convenience store in the world” with 120 gas pumps and a 250-foot-long car wash. The cabin is about 15 minutes from I-40. Townsend, known as "The Peaceful Side of the Smokies," is about 40 minutes away. Here you can explore Cades Cove, dine at Dancing Bear Appalachian Bistro, and visit Peaceful Side Social, among our favorite spots. The cabin is also 19 minutes from Dollywood and the Pigeon Forge Parkway. Unlike big corporate rental agencies, our family owns and operates Our Big Little Cabin. We take pride as this is our livelihood, we strive to provide you with a safe, clean, and comfortable cabin where you can enjoy and make memories for years to come! PLEASE NOTE: A $300 security deposit will be required in the form of a credit card hold. This is not a charge and will be refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages to the property. We require this security deposit, along with a signed renter's agreement, PRIOR to check-in. PLEASE NOTE: Guests must be at least 21 years old to rent this property. The hot tub is for adult use only, and alcohol is not permitted near it. Do not use the hot tub if you are pregnant or have consumed alcohol. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK. ABSOLUTELY NO open flames or fires outside of the provided charcoal grill and inside fireplace. Please dispose of extinguished charcoal in the provided metal pail. Unauthorized fires, including candles, are subject to a $100 fee plus any damages. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING inside the cabin or on the two decks. Please smoke outside and properly extinguish and dispose of cigarettes away from vegetation. Remember Smokey the Bear's advice: "Only you can prevent forest fires!" The cabin accommodates a maximum of 4 guests, with no exceptions. Per regulations, NO additional guests are allowed. If more than four guests are present, you will be asked to leave the property with NO REFUNDS. The driveway and parking area are monitored by recorded video surveillance. Your local owner, J is available 24/7 via phone, text, or email. PLEASE NOTE: Due to enhanced cleaning protocols, early check-in CANNOT be accommodated. You will have access to the entire property during your stay in this private cabin. I can be contacted directly through the app once you are booked. I do my best to respond immediately, but no later than 30 minutes from the first time I am contacted.
