Rare first floor queen bedroom with en suite bathroom, custom designed chef's kitchen with dining area, spacious living room, and 1/2 bath. Second floor has a king, a queen and a full bedroom plus a luxurious full bathroom with separate soaking tub and glass enclosed shower. Spacious mudroom with washer and dryer just inside main entrance for when you come home from the beach. 1 housebroken dog considered with additional fee.
