Immaculate Home Cleaning Fee Included in Your Stay
We’re committed to providing a spotless and comfortable environment for every guest. Our professional cleaning team invests $200 each visit to ensure the home is maintained to the highest standards. To help cover part of this cost, we charge a $95 cleaning fee, included in your booking. This means you’ll enjoy a beautifully prepared space with no hidden fees at checkout.

Relax by the private pool, unwind on the shaded patio, or host a BBQ with the provided grill. This spacious home sleeps 8 comfortably with 3 queen-sized beds and 1 king-sized bed, offering all the amenities you need for a memorable stay.

Kitchen and Dining Room
Our kitchen comes fully stocked with all the serving ware and silverware you’ll need, plus small appliances to make meal prep a breeze. Enjoy meals together at the dining table, which seats 8. There is an icemaker and an Reverse Osmosis water facet.

WiFi and TVs
There are 4 smart TVs in the home (3 bedroom and one in living room) and fast high speed WiFi is available throughout.

Heating and Cooling
The smart thermostat ensures your comfort throughout your stay. Heating and air conditioning are regulated for your comfort.

Master Bedroom
Unwind in the king bed of our main suite, complete with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower and dual sinks. Relax with a view of the backyard greenspace and pool areas. This room also includes a smart TV.

Bedroom 2
This spacious room features a queen bed and plenty of space to stretch out. Enjoy a smart TV, ample closet space and a view of the front porch, perfect for morning coffee.

Bedroom 3
Cozy up in this retreat, which offers a comfortable queen bed, large closet and a smart TV.

Bedroom 4
This tastefully decorated space allows you to rest in a queen bed. This room also has plenty of closet space.

Main Bathroom
Conveniently located near all guest bedrooms, this bathroom is equipped with all the essentials. Separate from the master bathroom, which offers similar amenities.

Laundry
Cleaning supplies and laundry facilities are provided for your convenience. The laundry room has a washer and dryer with soap and supplies.

How to Access
Guests have access to the entire home, including 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Outside, enjoy the pool, patio, grill, and putting-green.

Garage and Driveway Parking
Enjoy a parking spot inside the garage if you wish and 3 spots outside on the newly expanded driveway. (Please avoid overnight parking on the street to avoid HOA ticketing fines.) There is "floaties" for the pool in the garage.

This is a neighborhood with a beautiful and reasonably priced golf course. Your stay will include access to the club-house where there is also an additional heated public pool, a workout area and a games room.

Pool
The pool in the backyard can be professionally heated during the cooler months for a nominal/reasonable fee. Please reach out to us and we can work that out for you.

Please note: Since the pool doesn’t use a cover (many are considered safety hazards), the temperature may dip overnight during cooler months. The heater will bring it back up, but it can take a little time to recover in the morning — totally normal for open-air pools here in Arizona!
