You'll fall in love with this contemporary one-bedroom suite (533 sf + 67-sf private lanai), fully renovated in 2024, at the repeat-guest favorite Waikiki Banyan! Enjoy the vibrant greens and blues of the gorgeous Diamond Head, Kapiolani Park, and peak-a-boo ocean views. With a full kitchen, free Wi-Fi, and free parking, this is the perfect home-away-from-home for couples, small families, and solo travelers.

The Waikiki Banyan is a favorite of repeat visitors with its host of amenities including a pool, hot tubs, BBQ area, and more. All this and just a short 1.5-block walk to beautiful Waikiki Beach, plus shops, restaurants, the Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, and Kapiolani Park! Public transportation is readily available, with stops located right outside the building on Kuhio Avenue.

*BUILDING NOTE: The entire recreation deck, including pool, hot tubs, and BBQ area, will be closed for renovations from April 7, 2025–June 30, 2026. Work hours will be restricted to 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday. Noise is expected. Work dates are subject to change without notice due to unforeseen circumstances. We apologize for the inconvenience and will make every effort to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible.

No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking/Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.

Good stay, don't think about sleeping on the sofa bed.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was ok until the property manager entered the password and broke into the unit in the middle of the day. He said he thought that my check out date was that day and got confused. I disagree with him and think that he knew my check out date because he sent a reminder text on my actual check out day and he didn’t send a text when he broke into the unit.(He could’ve sent a text if he thought that I’m checking out) I’m not sure how many times he walked into the unit without telling me but it was very creepy and uncomfortable. It didn’t make my stay feel safe after that happen.

Great relaxing stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My experience with this rental was great. Everything went smoothly. The property was beautiful and well kept. I watched the sunrise every morning with a relaxing cup of coffee on the lanai. The property manager was great, easy to get a hold of, and replies quickly. The only thing is the traffic at certain times (if you're driving), but it's to be expected. Remember to give yourself a little extra time.

Great condo and all around amazing time

Very clean unit with an upgaded look. Property manager was amazing and was quick to answer any questions. Unit has all what you need from kitchen supplies to addedd extras like beach chairs. Check in was a quick and easy process. Will definately recommend.
