We live just blocks from the condo and we are happy to come to meet you at check-in or give you all the privacy you desire. Just reach out and we are only minutes away from you if needed.

2. Bedrooms - Both bedrooms are private King Suites with premium hybrid mattresses, blackout blinds, ceiling fans, and personal smart TVs. You’ll find plenty of storage and extra bedding in the hall closet. The living room also offers a queen sleeper sofa with full bedding for additional guests.
3. Bathrooms - Each King Suite has its own private bathroom with a tub/shower combo, stocked with plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer, creating a Primary Suite experience for everyone in your group.
4. Kitchen & Dining - The fully equipped kitchen includes a 4-in-1 coffee maker, Ninja blender, cookware, and serving ware. Enjoy meals at the dining table for four or the island seating for two.

5. Exterior security cameras at the front entrance for guest safety (no indoor recording).
7. Pet fees cover shampooing of the rugs and mats, and removal of pet hair between guests. However, any extra cleaning caused by pets will be charged separately. Please clean up after your pet.
8. While we do have regular pest control, you may occasionally see or hear small animals or insects in/around the property.

No Smoking inside the property, outside only. If you choose to smoke outside, please ensure cigarettes are fully extinguished and disposed of safely in the ashtray provided or in the outside garbage can. Cigarettes should never be left in the patio or disposed of inside the house.
