1st floor (ground), Small cozy place,close to the beach.

* can accommodate up to 4 guests (recommended for 2 adults and 2 kids). *Located close to ocean boulevard, beach and all main attractions.

*PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. only 2 pets up to 50lbs are allowed .

Close to the beach and Ocean blvd. Only few minutes away from all main attractions, many attractions are in walking distance, restaurants, mini golf and beachwear stores.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*No mailbox for this location.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

The property was not clean. Hairs in the towels. Beds were like rollaway beds. Air conditioning was making noise and not 100% working. Sheets felt like sand was in the bed. Sent a message to the host took her several hours to answer back and her comment was as I’m sorry you should have let me know when we checked in. It was late when we got in took a shower texted her that morning she didn’t respond back for several hours and still didn’t offer clean towels.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry to hear about your experience. I do want to clarify that you checked in at 5 PM and did not report any concerns until 10:38 AM the next morning. Had you informed me upon arrival, I would have immediately addressed the issues. Unfortunately, after the unit has already been used overnight, I’m unable to send housekeeping back to re-clean. I always encourage guests to reach out right away so I can make things right as quickly as possible. I appreciate your input and will review your comments with my cleaning team to prevent this from happening in the future.
