We had a wonderful stay at the Nautical Flat during Commissioning Week. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up, with everything we needed for a busy and meaningful week in Annapolis. The location was very convenient for walking and quickly getting to events, restaurants, and downtown, which made the whole experience much easier. It was the perfect home base for our family during such a special milestone. We would absolutely stay here again.

Didn’t realize until getting the info packet a week prior there was no parking in Driveway and extra expense and inconvenience parking in Garage. Was texted code to inside flat instead of outdoor entryway so had to call emergency # as was stuck outside for awhile. Sorry I’m one of those that glance thru things instead of catching details.i was traveling quite a bit prior to the check in so digging into details alluded me. The 1st Bedroom must have had the smallest bathroom in the U.S. I have ever seen. My wife was not happy. The other couple complained they could hear the shower through the walls in the bed of 2nd Bedroom must. The Kitchen and Living Room was nice and good size. No hand/dish towels though. Appreciate the USNA photos though and CDR Cover as we were USNA Grads there for 40th reunion. Location was excellent blocks from Downtown main st.
