Be prepared to use our paddleboards and kayaks to enjoy the beauty of our water! This is a fisherman's haven, right off the dock! Fishing poles are in the garage to use.

This home has space galore! Large, roomy home with lots of available space in this 4,100 square foot home. The outdoor deck and dock spaces offer an equally comfortable and spacious open area with tons of seating. Equipped like no other!

Bedrooms have king beds. Bunk room for the kids. Gourmet kitchen with hibachi! Arrange for a cook to have a spectacular meal! Plenty of seating for eating and games, sunken bar, game room with ping pong ... add in the HOT TUB and SAUNA make this one of the most unique locations in Discovery Bay!

This tranquil retreat offers private work spaces, TV's in every bedroom, and magnificent views! Enjoy the convenience of amenities like washer / dryer, fireplace, covered deck, comfortable seating on the dock to have coffee in the morning while around a propane fire pit, ... the list goes on.

We provide an amazing guidebook to all of our guests (via email and printed at the home) that gives you in-home dining options, boat rental options, community pool hours, local shops & boutiques, our restaurants, etc.

We had a wonderful family Labor Day Weekend, all 12 of us ages 5-80. The location was perfect for watching all of the boat, See Doo and other activity happening on the water. We enjoyed the house and all it had to offer, ping pong, dancing etc. but spent most of our time on the deck.We would definitely stay there again, thank you so much!

Delta Dream!

This property was at the premier location in Discovery Bay with seconds to fast water, a great view of the delta and lighthouse. It was incredibly spacious, stocked, and accommodating for a great family vacation. Even an hibachi grill, super fun! Everything was easy to use, access, and inviting. Jules was a great host and met us there to ensure all was set and opened. We had a fabulous time - such a treat to stay there!

I found a new love in hospitality after a 30 year career in Technology.

I was born in England and moved to the States as a 4 year old to Connecticut where I was raised. I stayed there for the next 50 years, raised my family, had lots of family & friends but needed a change. I bounced to Colorado when my youngest graduated high school. Then I landed in Discovery Bay, California in 2017.

I had never seen an area like this before and knew that I wanted to stay here for the foreseeable future. So here I am making others happy while being here too!

Why they chose this property

Discovery Bay is a very unique place in California. A small town with around 13,000 people and roughly 3,000 waterfront homes. I love the people, I love being able to work where I live, and I love that I get to interact with guest, homeowners, and workers on a daily basis.

What makes this property unique

This property is simply one the most exclusive properties in Discovery Bay. It is directly across from the fast water channel at the Lighthouse. Its not only an architectural beauty but it also has so many amenities and is one of the best stocked homes I have ever seen.
