We had a group bachelor & bachelorette weekend trip and this was the best place ever! It was the perfect mix of secluded privacy and being just close enough to New Braunfels. The kitchen was huge & perfect for cooking and the amount of bedrooms gave us more than enough room to spread out. 10/10 recommend!

We had a great stay! The house was beautiful, clean, spacious, and perfect for our group. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the location was great for our weekend on the river. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. We had a wonderful time celebrating with family and would definitely stay here again!

We loved this property! It’s private and enclosed with a front and back gate, so our young boys had a lot of property to safely enjoy. We used the pool and hot tub, and enjoyed the outdoor porches every day with a beautiful view. The home/beds/seating was all very comfortable. The playground had some leftover trash and some broken bits, but nothing we couldn’t play around. The boys loved the swings.

Great Getaway

We were very pleased with our stay at this house. The house is beautiful on the inside and outside. It has a BEAUTIFUL view of the hill country. This is great place to spend time with family and friends. We floated the Guadalupe River and loved that it was only a 10 minute drive to the river. The home owner was very attentive to all my questions and was very accommodating. We would stay in this house again if ever in the area.

Anniversary Celebration

Fantastic. Home was in a very quiet location away from traffic and city impacts, but still an easy drive to New Braunfels/Gruene and its many attractions (river float, restaurants, shops,etc.). Accommodations were great, spacious, with various outside decks to enjoy views. Enjoyed time in the pool and hot tub with family. Host was very prompt when we had questions (responding within minutes of inquiries). Overall a wonderful experience and will definitely be planning a return trip.

Our Stay

The place was beautiful. Ever who the owner is paying to clean the house is taking his money and not cleaning like they should. Over all the place was really nice. It just needs a deep cleaning for a place that nice it is a shame that it is not being cleaned properly.

Thank you for your review and we are glad you enjoyed your place and saw its beauty. I apologize the house was not cleaned to your standards and will definitely address that. Please message me with more details so we can be sure to make the necessary changes regarding the cleaners. Thanks!

House was clean and in a great spot. Unfortunately, attention to detail was lost. Too many minor issues add up to a disappointment. We had no light in the primary bedroom, several switches didn’t work, a bathroom sink drain was broken, microwave didn’t work (problem for 10 people over Thanksgiving), front door was unlocked and open upon arrival, there were 6 dinner knives in a house set up for 12 people, and not enough adult bath towels. The host responded to everything which was nice, but all of the issues were frustrating.
