Quick over night for our son to visit Nazareth Univ. Very prompt response to any messages I sent over. Check-in was a breeze, everything was clean and nice.It was a quick stop, arrived later in the evening and left the next morning. All rooms were clean and tidy. Nice place!

Great Place

Older property and little upkeep done. Comfortable beds but no extra bedding - only one blanket per bed. Location good for us, close to family we were visiting

House is needing some TLC and wasn’t quite stocked the way we anticipated. Electricity needs updating/rewiring. All appliances worked except washer & dryer. TV & WiFi were good. Backyard needed trash pickup. Beds were comfortable(firm mattresses) bathroom was clean with good shower. Window AC in living room would have been more effective with all ceiling fans functioning but electrical issues made for a very warm stay mid July.

House was simple. It was in a great location but nothing to special about the house. It did was it was supposed to though. Minor cosmetic issues but I wasn't looking to stay somewhere super fancy.

Great stay!

Had a wonderful stay here; the house was clean and well-located/super close to food, groceries, take-out, pharmacy, etc. The bed arrangements worked out perfectly for our 4 kids and ourselves, and the host was super responsive in getting back to me right away with any questions we had. A private driveway for parking was a huge bonus and a charging station in the kitchen to charge phones, etc was a lovely added touch. Would definitely stay here again!

Small but accommodating 3BR house. Old, but seems recently renovated. Was well worth the price of admission for our trip to tour RIT.

Great little space.

It was a great space. There were some little cosmetic issues with each of the rooms. But none of that took away from the pleasure of the space. It's very clean neat and perfect for weekend visiting our son at college.

Super convenient and easy stay

Myself and my 2 medium dogs stayed for a couple nights during our move to Rochester. This place was perfect for what we needed — clean, easy to access, and comfortable. And I felt safe leaving my dogs at the house while I went to work. It was stocked with everything we needed. It even has a large fenced in yard which was a fantastic surprise for my dogs! Communication with the host was spot on as well. I would definitely recommend this property.

Property as advertised. Access to house was not available until 5 minutes prior occupancy time, due to VRBO notification issue. RING in place. Would have been nice to be aware of that before renting but not a problem for us.Property in need of several small repairs. House was clean except areas up high.There were paper products stocked but no extra amenities.Pool table available but there was a 8 inch step down at one end making navigating difficult! Off street parking. Close to several universities.

Great Bargain Property

We had a great trip enjoying the snow! The house itself is old, and definitely needs some repairing, but nothing major that required immediate maintenance. I would say if you go during winter, bring blankets! Theirs are pretty thin. Great backyard! The owners were great and checked in with us throughout the stay. And overall it is what you would expect for the price range, and from the description.It was exactly what we needed for our family trip. No extras, nothing fancy, but great location, accurate listing, easy check in and.out, and the neighbors were so nice and friendly (even helped us by plowing and salting the driveway)! We will be back for sure!

There were holes in the walls , leftover food and drinks from the last stay , the ceiling was peeling and leaking in the dining room , there was no closet door and the bathroom had a leak

Convenient Location

Good, clean and conveniently located near the airport. While the heating system worked great, the owner should remove the window air conditioner in the winter and seal it better during the summer. The retracting panels on the side of the window air conditioner do not seal at all. This was letting the cold outside air in and wasting energy.

Quiet, clean, cozy property, great location

Nice little 3BR house located outside of Rochester city. Clean house, quiet street. Pleasing price point. Minutes from any food and retail experiences. '15 minute rule' - you're about <15 minutes away from anything to do around Rochester. House has a sizeable backyard for relaxing, laundry on-site. Pool table in back porch area. Owner is prompt to address concerns if needed. Basic amenities, the heat really kicks. Big streaming tv setup. Would do this again here.

Bathroom sink's hot water knob does not work,No toaster,Half of stove burners did not lightNeeded to buy batteries for remote.But good enough for us since we just mostly needed a place to sleep
