Clean!Perfect location, we will definitely stay again! Crystal was amazing and so easy to work with. Don't forget to bring your own sheets and towels!

We had such a lovely time staying here! The location and accessibility to the beach and downtown Wilmington can't be beat. We discovered new places we hadn't been to before and Ella loved being able to go with us. Highly recommend staying here!!

Location location location...great fir convenience. I used it for becoming familiar with the area and was able to quickly measure the benefits of the communiry. Wld be pet friendly. I believe with modest touch ups the aprt would generate more income abd ve even better for extended srYs.

Cozy place with excellent access to Wrightsville Beach and easy access to downtown Wilmington. I will definitely be back.

Simple- but just what we needed!

The room was the perfect place to stay while on a quick beach trip. Everything we needed and no frills. Very convenient location to beach and restaurants nearby.

Family visit

Place is dated although reasonably clean. Need to bring own linens which would be a problem for a vacation & not a family visit that could provide linens.Bathroom light over sink would not turn on.Temperature control was frustrating-main thermostat did not control heat (not warm enough to test AC). Window unit was good first night but after the place got warmed up it was way too hot no matter what temperature it was set at.

Great for a short getaway.

The property was nice by the water. Great location. The host was attentive and communicated through my stay. Crystal was great and id recommend.

So cute and cozy

This is the perfect rental if you just need a place to crash for a week. The host was phenomenal at responding to my questions and was very thorough in explaining all the little things we should know. She even included restaurant recommendations anddirections

Good for the price

Overall the stay was good. The owner was good to work with and the place was nice. I did end up having to kill one roach, but that was the only negative event.

Perfect location for a triathlon in which I competed. Property is a little dated, but had everything I needed for a two night stay.

I don’t mind not updated but I want it clean with the basics. What are VRBO standards?

I was in town as an artist for an event. Positives: Hot water, refrigerator Negatives: Not clean. The faded bedspread had some blood stains, dirt//dust balls in all the corners. The owner had warned me that the ceiling fan did not work, so I brought my own table fan. Based on some photos of the property of The Waterway, I thought I was getting a small kitchenette…Not so. A small microwave with only one working setting. There was a collection of various mismatched eating utensils, melamine plates and bowls ( THE BOWLS LOOKED LIKED THEY WERE BURNED IN THE MICROWAVE). There were 2 old coffee cups, one I wouldn’t use because it felt like there was plastic melted inside of it. After the first day, I found some ceramic plates and 2 cereal/soup bowls that were crusty in a dresser drawer in the bathroom sink area. All the utensils and “dish ware” had a layer of something on them. There wasn’t any dish soap or a clean sponge to wash kitchenware. I used my hand towel to wash any kitchenware before and after use. Fortunately, I brought my own dish soap. Not sure the last time a mop was taken to the floor either because any water drops showed a bit of dirt. I did not remove my sandals ever in this room. everything in this place was pretty worn out. Like I said, Old is fine, but you need to offer basics and CLEANLINESS!

The Honey Hole

Tho place was great for me. I love to fish and is located right across the street from the Intercoastal Waterway. I caught Flounder, Redfish, Bluefish Black Sea Bass and many other variatiies of fish. I’ll be coming back,God willing.
