Awesome house. Spacious, well heated. Unbeatable location. Beautiful little cove on lake Champlain. Great birdwatching too. Would happily stay again any time.

It’s an old camp that feels like it’s been bought by a big company. The house is beautiful, but it hasn’t been managed well in my opinion. A lot of the old owners things are still there and it gives the feeling of being a bit dusty and unkempt. That said, the location is beautiful. The bones of the house are beautiful.

Property was well-equipped but somewhat run down. Rooms were comfortable and mostly clean. Quite a few cobwebs. Dirty windows and screens. Musty smelling -apparently was not used recently. Had a problem with bees getting in -through a hole in eaves leading to bathroom vent? Good access to nearby attractions. Overall pleased with our stay.
