Welcome to your cozy retreat in a safe, private community! Just 4 miles from campus, 4-min drive to restaurants/Starbucks. Minutes from scenic parks with great running/biking routes. Short walk to bus stops. Host lives on-site. Clean, comfortable space perfect for students, visitors, or travelers. Your ideal place for exploring the area! **For guests who stay for less than two weeks: fridge & microwave available only. Longer stays: oven & toaster are also available. The space: It has a lot of natural light and spacious. There is free parking on the main street and outside the community. Guest access: Everywhere except Master Bedroom and other smaller bedroom. During your stay: I will be available to answer any questions in person or through text. Other things to note: For your ultimate comfort, I recommend bringing along your favorite house slippers to fully relax in this cozy space. Light sleepers might also appreciate having ear plugs handy for a peaceful night's rest. Reminder: Gym is right next door though neighborhood is quiet in general. I want you to feel right at home during your stay!
